Two days in Turin

We spent one night in this B&B and it was all very nice.
Perfect reception, all clear and simple. Dedicated parking practical and reachable with a walk of 10 Min.
Comfortable room, comfortable bed.
They prepared us a great breakfast.
We will return

Disappointment despite good location

Unfortunately my experience was not positive. We stayed in an attic room in the middle of summer and the air conditioner did not work. For three nights we had to endure unbearable heat, practically without sleep. Just for the last night, and thanks to the help of a girl who works in the facility, we were finally able to get some rest, with the help of a basin to collect the water that came out of the air conditioner and a fan. Too bad, because the location of the B&B is really great. Apart from the girl’s intervention after three days, the Service, attention and care towards the customer were disappointing. Such a serious problem should have been dealt with more quickly and more carefully. I hope the management will improve in the future, because at the moment the experience has not lived up to expectations.

A pleasant stay in Turin with your family

Cleanliness, safety, kindness of the staff and nice rooms. Good breakfast quite complete and freshly prepared cappuccino. I recommend the yogurt very good. Something to fix but already suggested at the reception very helpful.

Central location but disappointing room

The room was unlivable because it had no light, in an attic with a small window and, moreover, semi-covered by the air conditioner in addition to that not accessible because covered by a platform that was also useless. Satisfactory service good breakfast.

Cozy, clean and comfortable!

Very nice room, excellent cleaning and equipped with everything you need. The very comfortable mattress and chic decor! Too bad the fridge is not in the room or on the same floor; but it is a minor note! Very good breakfast. The instructions received from the host are detailed, accurate and the staff very friendly and helpful for directions and advice! To recommend!
