It is in easy walking distance from Porto Sousa train station. The room was clean and spacious with aircon. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations where to eat when we arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was comprehensive with something for everyone. All in all a very pleasant one night stay.

Better than expected
After looking between different options, we decided on this hotel. Its location is very good, right next to Porta Susa, which is the station that connects us directly to the airport through the train.
The place may seem a little gray, but once you enter the hall, you realize that it has a certain charm, mixing modern with classic.
The room is simple, but with everything at hand and, in our case, overlooking the main avenue and the station from the window, but we heard no noise. The TV somewhat small, the bathroom had a shower and the wardrobes really spacious. We, in advance, already ordered a room that did not overlook the noisiest area.
Breakfast is one of the best we have found in Italy, variety of products. One point to improve is that the dining room is very segmented and has many columns between table and table. Please, they make you coffee right away and it's really delicious.
From the hotel itself they give you a role and recommend restaurants or pizzerias both near and somewhat further away. A good hotel that at some certain time can have high price spikes, but with a lot around and with public transport within walking distance of it.
Various cafes, restaurants and a supermarket can be found in the surrounding area.
The area at certain times of night is riddled with destitute people, but it is what has a hotel near the station. However, at no point did we find it dangerous.
A recommendable hotel to visit the city. Metro, tram and bus will be your best allies and also if we want to take a walk through it will also be a nice thing. Porta Nuova, which is the main station of the city, is a few metro stops away.

This hotel benefits from a very good location for visiting the city: the historic center is accessible on foot and the area is perfectly served by the subway, the streetcar, and buses.
Regarding parking, be careful: the establishment does not have its own parking lot and offers no customer discount. You have to park in the public parking lot at the train station 100 meters away, for a cost of 11.80 € per day.
The hotel is located in a converted old building, but the whole place cruelly lacks soul and cozy amenities. The room is very minimalist and the view of the street is not at all attractive. On the other hand, the accommodation is clean and well soundproofed, which allows for a quiet night's sleep. The welcome from the staff is pleasant, although it is not provided in French.
The most negative point remains the breakfast, which was particularly mediocre during my two days there. The industrial fruit juices are low-end and, even more unacceptably, regarding the freshness of the products: I had to spit out some clearly spoiled grapes. A real effort in product selection is needed.
Since the hotel is often the first contact with the city, it is a shame to leave such an impression. A little care given to the decoration and the quality of the catering would radically change the customer experience.

Breakfast is good value for money. Small downside for the fruit juice (very "1980s and its synthetic flavor")
Clean, AC a bit noisy because it's impossible to adjust the ventilation (max or 0)...
