Great Place to Stay with Young Vibe

Great place to stay, pretty close to the train station, and close to Parco del Valentino. It's about half filled with university students, so there's a sweet young vibe, and then about half the rooms are for tourists who are just passing by. The staff is great, they're open 24/7 to help, there are nice rooms to socialize in, and there's even a pool table! Our room had a balcony, but I'm sure we lucked out. The price was reasonable given the services and the centralized location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Central hotel, noisy and unreliable air conditioning.

1st room assigned, the AC does not work... 2nd room, after many discussions we barely reached 25°C with an air conditioner as noisy as a jet engine... Sleepless night.
Avoid in the summer
Basic breakfast with rancid butter, no bread, and when I ask, they answer me, "Oh really?"
Note that the reception staff is very kind and professional.

The hotel was perfectly located for one night stay with family due to choice of restaurants nearby. Little disappointed with the two rooms given as a puddle of water noticed by the air-conditioning unit in our room and daughters room had a faulty shower door. However, the staff were very accommodating and kindly moved us to an accommodation unit where the family could stay together within and have own rooms, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and tidy. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

Very clean and newly decorated room. In the room exists very clean kettle, small fridge, safe box, selection of tea and coffee. Tv has English speaking channels. Very big and nice bathroom. Walk in shower. Bed and pillows are comfy.
AC exists but hardly cooling the room when outside temperature was around 26 degrees in the night.
Sixth floor has a nice terrace with a view of nearby church. There are benches to hang out and possible to make BBQ.

this is not a hotel, this is a dorm and its obvious! the staff are completely useless at best, ignore you and stay on their phones.
the breakfast was really bad - the continued to put out mouldy food, old ham and cheese, no cutlery, glasses or plates.
its like a cosplay on a hotel. cleaning was very poor, the balconies are connecting to other rooms, in case you want to get a visit from your neighbours.
the area is very dodgy.
the charge you for a 4star hotel and deliver a dorm experience. definitely do not recommend!!!
