To consider the concept of a 3-star hotel
Upon our arrival in the evening, once I distributed the keys to the rooms, I immediately checked the condition of the room, a room that in any case for a 3-star hotel could also fit there, the problem lies in the absolute carelessness of some fundamental details such as the cracked shower tray, the minibar turned off, the hairdryer that did not even have the adapter from the shuko to the domestic socket and also the terrace that, not only was half occupied by the air conditioner that practically prevents you from going out on the terrace in pairs, but also had a parapet that, in addition to being very low in height, was also rusty and sometimes even moved with a small shake with your arms!!
The highlight, however, comes when I read it I find the sheet that not only had hair on it, but also a nice yellowish halo in the center of the mattress, a position that suggests the possible nature of the stain. Then at my report at reception I did not receive any message of apology l, but a simple: "we were warned, after dinner the sheet will be clean"... Enough. Needless to say, breakfast... cakes that were openly from the supermarket (there were wrappings) fruit juices even those directly in plastic bottles, croissants were the only thing I took and the fairly good ones, while everything else was always made from industrial products without trying to hide them, as in the case of yogurt. The only common area was that of the breakfasts which was anyway tiny, the staff when they saw that many people had to make coalition standing did not in the least try to bring extra chairs... totally indifferent. Now no one pretends that in any case in a hotel on the outskirts of Turin there are luxury services but in a 3-star hotel I expect much more attention to detail... a lot.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, strategic location: quiet and close to the metro and with closed road without traffic. Recommended for school groups
