Avoid at all costs! Scam
This hotel is a total rip-off. It absolutely does not deserve its 4 stars.
Everything is in a deplorable state: the floors are sticky, the walls are damaged, the bed is as comfortable as a wooden board, and the bath towels even had bloodstains on them. It is totally unacceptable.
When we reported these problems to the front desk, the staff showed no interest. We were simply offered another room... in which the lighting didn't even work.
I intend to report this establishment to the competent authorities so that its rating can be re-evaluated. Given its condition, it certainly does not deserve 4 stars, but rather 2.
Finally, their pricing policy is very questionable: the first night is charged very dearly, while the second is offered at a much lower rate. In the event of a complaint and refund, they only refund the second night, which severely limits the amount returned to the customer. This really gives the impression of a practice intended to discourage complaints.
I strongly advise against this hotel.

Cheap is not always the best.
Parking, location, everything okay.
BUT....
In 4 nights, the room was not cleaned 2 times. Reason: In the afternoon at 2:00 PM it was not yet finished and we could not wait any longer.
August is very hot in Turin and you have to take a siesta in the afternoon. We asked for the room to be done a little earlier. And then it became even later than before.
That is unacceptable.
In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly. About 27-28 degrees. Very ecological, but not when it is almost 40 degrees outside in this heat.
The laundry service was also not working.
We did not eat breakfast there.
Only advantage: Parking!! Staff is nice.

Great location, comfortable stay, and excellent value in Turin
Our room was very clean and comfortable, with a great bed and efficient air conditioning. We stayed on the front side of the property; while you could hear a bit of street noise below, it wasn't intrusive at all. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was especially appreciated after a long day of sightseeing!
The atmosphere throughout the hotel feels wonderfully luxurious, and the staff provided friendly, helpful service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, with plenty of options alongside self-serve coffee, tea, and fruit juices.
Overall, it delivered fantastic value for money. We fully intend to return to Turin in the future and will definitely be booking our stay here again!
