A HOUSE IN TURIN!!
If the rating had a numerical choice from 1 to 10, well, then I would have looked for the number 11...
The story speaks for itself...
Hotel booked because near the office, arrived in the evening and already tired.
Luca welcomes me with courtesy and after the usual procedures I go up to the room.
I go down almost immediately asking, if possible and available, to have a room a little larger.
Luca, looks at me and empathizes with me and with the "evening schedule of a day's work".., and with a pro-active twist, seeing that I was going out with a colleague for a coffee on the corner, says: "Okay, let me see what I can do. Go easy and see when you get back."
We return to the hotel after half an hour and a kind lady, (then I found out to be Luca's mother), hands me the key to a new room on another floor.
I go up and find a room 4 times the size of the first one I entered and with all my luggage, transported inside, and neatly arranged.
..... what to say..., if this is the "good morning".....
Going down to go out for dinner, I thank you very much, and the lady tells me that it was a pleasure and adds valuable parking tips.
The next morning, at breakfast, I find a gentleman, in charge of the room, who makes courtesy and attention to the guest his daily mission.
The following days have multiplied the moments of sincere appreciation for the careful general management of the hotel in which you breathe a familiar air always close to the guest and never intrusive, a welcoming symphony in which the conductor is the "Mrs. Mom".
.... again, what to say..., THANK YOU.
I found in Turin the house I didn't know I had.

Excellent hotel
I had a great time. Clean and comfortable. Great for getting to the center. Bus and tram stops are opposite. Price more than great. It is in a residential area, it was pleasant to walk. The staff was very kind and nice. The breakfast was great.

Humble courteous staff, location, view from the room, owner Luka was very friendly and helpful! Waiter Zoran was very professional and courteous. If i visit Turin again in the future for sure i will stay here!!

Very cute.
Very nice and, above all, very clean.
My daughter and I had a great time.
By the way, not cheap comfort, bus stop 5 meters.
Silent Zone.... we had a good sleep.

Perfect.
You could not ask for better, clean and comfortable rooms, close to the long PO, close to downtown, hearty breakfast and very kind staff.
Luca is the owner that all hotels should have, friendly and helpful as all the staff.
I honestly don't understand people's bad comments when you have all this, like they're living in a hotel room.
