Hotel for relaxing by the lake
Hotel on the shores of the lake with a hot tub in the room. We opted for the Essential package (no candles and aperitif), but we lacked nothing. Exceptional cleanliness, total privacy, and a very soft hot tub... A must-try

Negative experience.
We arrive at the hotel and ask the bartender where we could check in, and he shows us the reception desk, rings the bell, and shortly after a young man arrives.
Right away, he is very polite, asks for our documents, and accompanies us to the room.
"Suite," as defined on the website, but it has very little of a suite. As soon as we enter, we settle into this small room on the ground floor, right behind the kitchen.
Aside from finding a hair tie from a previous guest, it immediately gave us a negative impression: part of the wall was crumbling with plaster coming off, and the TV had no signal. This was the welcome we found in the room.
Let's forget it and decide to have an aperitif anyway and overlook all of this.
We return to the bar where I ask where we could sit to have something to drink. The bartender (the only positive note of our stay) points us to a table in front of the bar. While we walk there, I ask if we could also have a fried dish as an appetizer, and he replies yes but asks us to move to the restaurant tables.
I decide to order a bottle of champagne, but initially, I am told that they did not have a menu, so I would have to choose the bottle by looking inside the fridge display without knowing the price. Shortly after, the restaurant waitress arrives and shows me the menu from which I choose a bottle of champagne, and soon after, we sit at the table.
Not even 5 minutes later, they come back to tell me that the champagne was not available, and they recommend another one that I decide to take since the start had already gone poorly.
We order a fried platter of calamari, shrimp, and vegetables to nibble on as an appetizer, which is quite unacceptable: the calamari are cold, and the quality is truly questionable.
Disappointed by the fried dish, I decide that for dinner I will have a breaded cutlet and grilled vegetables so as not to be disappointed again given the quality of the food.
The grilled vegetables are finished, I am told shortly after, and I say that French fries will be fine. I would have never believed it, but from the kitchen, they managed to send me a cutlet full of salt, bordering on inedible.
Disappointed by dinner, I go to the room with my wife, and we decide to relax by filling the hot tub located under the bed.
The tub fills up, and water starts to come out from under the floor. I call the bartender (the only ray of light since our arrival) who comes to the room and explains that the showerhead needed to be detached from its hook; otherwise, water would leak out.
Very politely, he also returns with some sheets that we use to soak up and dry the water on the floor.
We wake up the next morning, and thank God at least breakfast was decent, a bit of savory and some sweet pieces.
All in all, a truly negative experience that I do not recommend, especially because for the price requested for one night (€160), we have stayed and received extremely better service elsewhere.
That said, I just hope that the owner realizes the number of poor reviews he receives monthly and starts to take notes so he can ensure a better stay for future guests.

A dream stay
I found this boutique hotel by chance, but I fell in love with it right away. We decided to spend our first wedding anniversary here, and there was no better choice. Everything was perfect; the attention to detail is outstanding, as is the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff. We have decided that it will be a regular stop for every anniversary. Thanks to Massimo, Eleonora, Luca, and the rest of the staff for turning our stay into a dream from the moment we arrived.

A good place to relax in comparision to the crowded sea front
Had a single room with nice lake view, very friendly staff with good communication, breakfast made on order a plus, the restaurant is also recommended. Thanks for the good time.
