Nice experience

I stayed in Dimora Continfiore for two nights. The reception was excellent. La Dimora is in a great location, close to the port and the center. The room is well furnished, equipped with every comfort. The cleaning service is excellent! Recommended and to try again.

Class and attention to detail

In the historic center. Punctual indication for access to the structure where you access with access codes. Structure on multiple levels. Great attention to detail. Very well looked after room, warm colours, attention to chromatic aspects, including lights. In the morning, breakfast in the common room, at the entrance, where an attentive and courteous Mauro manages the buffet, from savory to sweet. To improve: attention to the environment with liquid soap, dispensers to be refilled rather than the classic bars of soap that you have to throw away after 2 days! If by car, take into account the parking, limited traffic area. Culinary tip: do you want to have a great dinner? Go to the restaurant of the same name, really excellent.

Authentic hotel professionals: nothing is left to chance in this structure where even the breakfast room, perhaps a little small, is designed to perfection in every detail and where nothing is left to chance.
Brand new and wonderful rooms, more than dignified in size.
Good breakfast is always varied, where every need is always taken care of.
Friendly and knowledgeable reception staff. The staff present at breakfast were priceless for their friendliness, politeness, discretion and friendliness.
Unbeatable location.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Nice, but overpriced and noisy

We went with several friends to Trani for a big get together party and we were staying in different hotels. We book this newly restored hotel in a small townhouse in Trani's old village. The hotel had been nicely decorated and the rooms were spacey (pretty strange was the presence of the shower in the bedroom). Another problem was that our window was viewing a very noisy square and we were obliged to wear earplugs all night. Moreover, the breakfast consisted only of cakes and croissants but when we kindly asked to have some bread, cheese and ham we were told that we had to pay an extra charge of 10€/person. When we strongly complained for such high price we were told that Italians eat only pastries for breakfast and that is the way it is (note that all our friends who were staying at different hotels were offered breakfast with a large variety of choice). Therefore we dropped our request, but surprisingly this morning we found some complimentary bread, ham and cheese. Quite inadequate for this price range was that breakfast was served on cardboard dishes and plastic glasses. In essence, this hotel in our view did not deserve at all the high price it claims (140€/room/night).

Una residenza incantevole

Perfetto per visitare Trani e spostarsi poi verso le spiagge.In pieno centro ,in una bella piazza a pochi metri dal porto e da tutte le attrazioni :Castello,Cattedrale,Villa comunale e spiagge.Pulitissimo,curato,la camera spaziosa ,la mia la Dalia,ha anche un balconcino da cui si vede il mare e una delle viuzze più carine della città.Cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani,personale gentile dalla sig.Rossella al ragazzo che serve e ti assiste durante la colazione,alle ragazze delle pulizie.Perfetto
