Very nice structure but...
We booked an apartment for 8 with 2 bathrooms in November 2025, confirmed with a deposit. Arrived for check in on 8/5/26 the apartment is not available for an error, we offer 2 apartments of 4 to
Same price but double cleaning. Clearly we insist on paying what we agreed since we do not have a single apartment x our fault. We are assigned the apartments, very cute but TERRIBLY damp, so much so that even towels and bed linen are damp. We turned on the heaters a couple of hours to try to remove some moisture, but we are charged €15 for turning on heating. Towels are an extra charge.
I point out that we only used the bathroom and the rooms, the kitchen we did not touch, we did not even use the coffee capsules available.
Mishaps and sympathy of the owner aside, the structure is very nice and well-kept, the breakfast excellent and plentiful. Let’s say that if they were clear on prices, the apartments less damp and the owner a little less aggressive despite the mistake was his would be all top.

They charge you extra for towels and still try to sneak it on your bill when they say they won’t if you don’t book via booking.com but directly. They make up things that are broken to charge you extra. Very rude people.

Beautiful but not beautiful
I stayed at this property for two days during the winter. Here is my experience:
Pros: Just a few
The location is lovely: the scenery is breathtaking and the village is really pleasant. Although the road to reach it is not very comfortable, the view definitely pays off.
The property is well maintained, despite the short stay and the season. The apartment was cute and equipped with essential equipment/furniture found coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.
Cons: Just a few minutes
The road to get there is not easy, and moving around the structure is not very convenient, since you pass in front of all the other accommodations.
The check-in procedure was not well managed. Although we were given the opportunity to access the apartment in advance, we were not given clear explanations regarding the structure or rules. and prices as heating and cleaning cost extra
Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. We found dust everywhere and a strong smell of moisture in the kitchen cabinets.
The rooms were a bit damp, and the bathroom window was covered with cardboard, suggesting the need for a fan or a better solution for ventilation.
Security could be improved: the absence of gates at the entrance means that the facility is accessible to anyone.
Overall, the stay was pleasant for the beauty of the scenery and tranquility, but there are some aspects that could be improved, especially in terms of cleanliness, check-in management and maintenance.
