Great.
Location right in the center.
Quiet and at the same time very close to bars and restaurants.
The room is very unique, with ceilings that take you back in time and retain their original decoration.
The shower area is also distinctive.
I recommend it especially for a romantic couple's trip or weekend.

Great shame.
big problem of this wonderful property is the lack of cleanliness and lack of courtesy. I pointed out several times to the lady (via whatsapp because on the spot there is no c and no one, are 4 rooms), but the dirt is always the same, they never cleaned just redone the bed changed towel. When I pointed this out, I received no reply. Dust on the bedside table, mold on the walls, dirt in the bathroom. The day before departure I asked how to check out and confirm the transfer .. and he told me to leave the keys on his desk and the 100 euros of the transfer inside the room!! Never seen! I canceled the transfer and booked privately!!!! at 90 euros. Too bad because the location is great and the structure is a gem, poorly cared for.

Stunning room, super cozy and equipped with all the comforts.
The area was very central, just a few steps from the main attractions of Tropea and surrounded by restaurants and bars.
The self-check-in was very convenient; thanks to the owner for tolerating our late check-out.
We will definitely return.

What a great experience
Exclusive residence is located on the first floor of an ancient building. Inside there are 4 rooms, each furnished differently.
Through booking we had chosen the largest room with round bed and emotional shower but at the time of booking there was an over booking and we were offered another room. We were a bit disappointed but when we entered the room it seemed to have been transported to the East, thanks to the use of fabrics in soft colors and coordinated simple and functional architecture. Ours was the only room located on the opposite side of the building and with the window closed the silence was absolute, despite being surrounded by numerous outdoor restaurants. Very particular is the "bathroom area", with the tuff and stone wall next to the sink where water flowed from a tap like a stream. The shower and toilets together separated by a glass door. Comfortable bed and pillows and minimal but essential furnishings: open wardrobe, various tables, fridge, air conditioning and electronic key. And lying on the bed we admired the antique decorated ceiling and enjoyed recognizing flowers, geometries and colors.
We arrived by train and we didn't have a car, despite this, since the B & B is located in the heart of the historic center of Tropea, we were within walking distance of everything: the main street, the square, the "balcony Raf Vallone" overlooking the crystal clear sea from a thousand shades of purple to blue, the terrace of the cannon from which you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets, bars, ice cream parlors and typical restaurants, various shops, the staircase leading to the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'isola bella and the beaches.
In the morning we went to have breakfast in a bar 5 minutes away, which offered us coffee, croissant and juice all very good. Then we returned to the room, backpack, umbrella, made available by the b & b by those who needed it, and we were ready to start a new day of vacation.
We met the waitresses who redone the "make up" of the room so kind and helpful as well as Mrs. Eleonora who welcomed us at check in and check out showed us where to leave the suitcase.
