Relaxing stay
Holiday of relaxation and tranquility.
The structure offers the opportunity to carve out moments of authentic simplicity, in contact with nature and away from the noise and confusion of everyday life. Particularly intense and pleasant scent of pine trees; relaxing and regenerating swimming in the pool.
Pleasant walks in the green spaces of the farm, very clean and comfortable rooms.
And what about hospitality...? Really unique! The helpfulness and kindness of the owner and his collaborator made the environment familiar and very welcoming.
Experience highly recommended and to be redone.

Masseria with great potential.
The property has great potential: it is immersed in the splendid Salento countryside, surrounded by an immense garden with authentic charm, with the characteristic song of the cicadas accompanying the days. The location is excellent for visiting the most beautiful beaches between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, and Torre San Giovanni can be reached in just five minutes by car.
The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with perfectly functioning air conditioning. We also appreciated the breakfast, particularly the cakes and croissants, which were truly good. Another plus is the pool, which during our stay was practically for our exclusive use, allowing us to relax in total tranquility.
Unfortunately, however, there are several aspects that, in our opinion, should be improved. The management was entrusted almost entirely to the owner's son, supported by only one assistant who took care of both the breakfasts and the rooms.
There is no real reception: check-in was carried out directly in the room. Furthermore, Booking indicates the presence of a bar service that, in reality, does not exist. We arrived late in the evening without having eaten dinner and asked to be able to buy something to eat or drink, but we were told that it was not possible.
Breakfast could also be improved: it is not a buffet and only what is requested from time to time is served,
The pool area needs more maintenance. The outdoor showers were not working and the pool was often filled with pine needles and dead cicadas, with no net available to remove them ourselves.
Another episode that left us perplexed was the failure to clean the room: one day we left at 10:40 AM and we were told that it was by then too late and that they did not want to disturb us earlier.
Finally, throughout the entire stay, renovation work was underway on the new rooms. The owner's son personally carried out the work at various times of the day, and the walkway to the breakfast room was occupied by bags of materials, tiles, and tools.
Overall, the farmhouse has charm, a strategic location, and excellent potential, but in my opinion, it would need more structured management and greater attention to the promised services and the care of common areas. With some investment in organization and hospitality, it could offer an experience definitely worthy of the beauty of the place.

We spent a pleasant weekend in this property, greeted with great courtesy and helpfulness by the young owner who made us feel immediately at ease.
The farm has an authentic charm and great potential, although it is evident that it is still in a phase of growth in its receptive vocation.
Some aspects, such as the care of green spaces, could be further enhanced to make the exterior more welcoming, especially on warmer days, when you want to find shaded and relaxing corners to escape the summer heat.

Stay suitable for those who settle but depressing after realizing that you could choose .better.

What about ... would be a farm with enormous potential, Unfortunately everything is managed roughly, and hovers a state of apparent abandonment.I repeat the place would also be nice if managed as it should, in fact despite the space and the structure it is not possible to have lunch or at least dinner that would be nice and characteristic.The pool would be beautiful if it were not always dirty, many insects and pines contribute to all this, but about never seen a roobot that cleans the breakfast remains simple but uninviting and if it was not x Erica , very kind and ready for any extra request I would have gone to the beach.Conclusion ... as soon as you arrive you have to pay the entire stay, which you could discuss , and that basically limits you to thinking about changing location, so here attention at least in long periods of stay where you could then regret it.Also receipt or invoice not received. MORAL
Do the math, in the end it pays an all-inclusive on the beach. Think about it.
