Relax in the mountains.

Excellent family-run hotel with attentive services from all the staff. Great breakfast and dinner with delicious traditional dishes. At the reception, Sandra welcomed us with expertise and friendliness, giving us useful advice for visiting this beautiful valley... recommended for a pleasant vacation.

Disappointment

We stayed as a family (4 double rooms) and upon our arrival we did not find the welcome we generally expected. Moving on to the details, the most striking one is the afternoon snack: nonexistent and the tea for a fee.
The SPA is absurd: hot tub for a fee and for 1 person. The fact that you had to enter naked is absurd to me, but that is just my opinion.
Last but not least, the owner's attitude: on the menu it said "ICE CREAM". My niece is allergic to hazelnuts and unfortunately that was the exact flavor. I asked her if she could remove it for me, but the lady's manner and look really annoyed me.
The food is also not the best.
We will never return.

Grazie per aver dedicato del tempo a condividere con noi la sua esperienza. Ci dispiace che il vostro soggiorno in famiglia non abbia soddisfatto le vostre aspettative. Allo stesso tempo, desideriamo chiarire alcuni punti a beneficio dei nostri futuri ospiti.
Per quanto riguarda la merenda pomeridiana:
La nostra merenda pomeridiana comprende ogni giorno qualcosa di salato e qualcosa di dolce. Sul nostro sito e nelle nostre offerte non viene indicato che le bevande siano incluse. Pertanto, il tè e le altre bevande non sono automaticamente compresi nella merenda.
Per quanto riguarda la nostra area benessere:
Nel nostro mondo del benessere i nostri ospiti hanno a disposizione una sauna finlandese, un bagno turco aromatico, una piscina Kneipp, docce nebulizzate, una fontana di ghiaccio, una sauna a infrarossi e una sala relax. L'idromassaggio è un servizio aggiuntivo disponibile a pagamento. Tutte queste informazioni sono indicate chiaramente sia sul nostro sito web sia nelle nostre offerte.
Desideriamo inoltre precisare che la zona sauna in Alto Adige è tradizionalmente un'area senza costume, secondo la consueta cultura delle saune in Alto Adige.
Per quanto riguarda l'allergia alle nocciole:
La salute e la sicurezza dei nostri ospiti sono per noi molto importanti. Per questo chiediamo espressamente a tutti i nostri ospiti di informarci in anticipo riguardo ad allergie e intolleranze, in modo da poter informare adeguatamente la cucina e adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie.
In questo caso, purtroppo, non siamo stati informati in anticipo dell'allergia alle nocciole di sua nipote. Quando ci avete fatto presente l'allergia, vi abbiamo gentilmente chiesto di comunicarcela, così da poter garantire per tutto il soggiorno che a vostra nipote non venissero serviti alimenti contenenti nocciole. Ci dispiace se il nostro atteggiamento è stato percepito come poco cordiale: non era assolutamente nostra intenzione.
Ci dispiace che non siate rimasti soddisfatti né del nostro servizio né della nostra cucina. Allo stesso tempo, riteniamo importante presentare in modo corretto i servizi effettivamente offerti e le condizioni del nostro hotel.

Always worth a visit !!!

The Ultental and especially the Alpenhof has been offering us a second home for many years. Arrive and feel at home. Very clean hotel, well known for many years, very friendly and courteous staff, as well as excellent cuisine. Not to mention the Staffler family, who are always available and helpful to guests in a very friendly way.

Have a nice holiday

Good hotel near Lake Zoccolo, which during our holiday was dry for maintenance. Processing is very good, with hearty sweet and savoury breakfasts, and dinners always with a double choice of starters and main courses, and the inevitable rich vegetable buffet, as well as desserts and ice cream.
I do not agree with the choice of not offering water in a carafe for free (in the mountains the water is very good), but to charge by serving it in a jug, both natural and sparkling.
The rate also includes the afternoon snack, which is ‘little thing... and herbal tea or tea’ is charged separately...
I recommend the rooms facing south, because they have the most beautiful view. The hotel also offers a small spa with infrared sauna and Kneipp path.
Missing, and this is no small thing, a
reading room , also so that you do not have to spend the
after dinner always in the room. The staff is very friendly and quick to serve at the table. The clientele is mostly German.

First holiday in Val D'Ultimo

The hotel is located in a location close to the main road, but is still quiet and peaceful. I stayed in a beautiful double room for single use with a panoramic balcony full of flowers. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent and varied. The card that allows you to use transport for free is very useful, the bus stop is nearby and I have not used the car anymore. An experience definitely worth repeating.
