I stayed at this Hotel in room 335 with my wife and could not fault it. The location is perfect, all the staff were super helpful.
I have already booked for next year

Good value and very welcoming

Wonderful hotel in a superb central location in the mainly pedestrianised part of town. Welcoming staff, excellent amenities and generous food! Highly recommended.

5 stars plus

Visited with wife and two daughters. Excellent location in the middle of town and steps from the escalator to Seceda. One of the nicest and most helpful team of staff I have even experienced. Service was impeccable. Great breakfast and dinner meals. The late afternoon wood fired pizza was A+. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if in the area.
And oh yea, the complimentary backpack hanging in your room while you are here is probably the single greatest amenity I’ve ever seen offered.

Great hotel experience.

What a super stay! Arrived after 11 pm due to flight delay and a member of staff met us at the bus and took our cases to our room while we checked in and had something to eat. Service with a smile despite the hour!
Excellent large room and en-suite. Very comfortable bed. Lovely lounge, cafe, bar and terrace. Good boot room and secure lockers. Excellent spa and pool area.
Very good breakfast and excellent seven course dinner. The kitchen really does well! Extensive wine list too.
Staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. Reception staff were delightful and were able to provide lift and ski bus passes.
The hotel is on the main square with ski buses on the doorstep to take you anywhere in the valley and beyond.

Wonderful Hotel.

This hotel is so good. The staff are excellent and the food is too. We come every year the same week as do many other guests. The repeat business is a testament to the quality provided. The ski slopes are very well maintained and despite poor snow this year we had excellent skiing due to the amount of snow cannons and piste maintenance.
