Highly recommended!!!!
Great hotel for the rooms and cleanliness for the location a stone's throw from the sea for the excellent freshly prepared breakfasts and for the excellent dinners all delicious and also the super friendly and helpful staff.... I really recommend it for couples and families even in 4 rooms are comfortable!

my experience in the hotel
I advise against it! Imminent road Aurelia, in the outskirts of Varazze with heavy traffic day and night that increases weekend!
Lots of smog!
Impossible to rest!
Bad cuisine, based on maximum savings, lack of fresh vegetables constantly.
A la carte breakfast seems a lot but all packaged or limited with lack of fresh bread!
The sea can be seen from a considerable distance but its scent is not perceived.
Cleanliness in the rooms excellent.

Advise!
Hotel in an excellent location, new, clean and bright environments. Very pleasant. Courteous and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast although not a buffet. There is actually a bit of noise at night from outside which is not due to the managers.

Very good hotel with a breakfast lady!
First week of January with my husband and three year old daughter.
Hotel located directly on the Aurelia state road, a minute's walk from the station and, crossing the road you are directly on the beach.
Still crossing the road, take the road that reaches the port, that is, the Marina di Varazze where you are spoiled for choice when it comes to parking; among other things you can also use the station car park.
We chose the half board formula so in the evening we always had dinner in the hotel: simple but really good dishes and always a double choice between first and second courses and desserts.
The breakfast deserves a separate discussion because I think I have never found such a varied and good breakfast except in another hotel during my travel experiences: there was no buffet but a menu in which you could choose everything you wanted and tell the waitress. You could choose between pancakes with fruit and maple syrup, fruit salad, omelettes, cheese and ham toast, filled and empty croissants, fruit juices, freshly squeezed orange juice, cake of the day and various cafeterias.
Every day my daughter and my husband and I changed breakfast; furthermore, on each table they made you find a tray with a packet of Kellogg's, Nutella, jams, sugar and. honey.
Our room was a bit small but because it was a double room we had added a cot so it was something we specifically wanted.
The only sore point was that the pillow was really too soft (but like in all the hotels I've ever stayed in) and the rooms were really too hot even though we had the radiator turned off and we never turned on the heat pump.
Even when we left in the morning we opened the window and left it open until after dinner.
I didn't understand why it was so hot, perhaps it was coming from the common areas which were very heated!
Furthermore there was a comfortable room in the basement with TV, armchairs and various games for children and adults.
I confirm that the room we took with the windows facing not the main road but the back were very quiet and we couldn't hear the train at all; instead we could hear the bells of the church of San Nazario which is right behind the hotel.
However, the owners and waitresses are very helpful and friendly and the hotel is very good and I would absolutely recommend it.

A very pleasant discovery
We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of the year. We had a great time. Excellent breakfast and dinner with good quality products and generous portions. Kindness and helpfulness from the staff quite unusual to find in Liguria (thanks Monica!). We recommend it!!! Until next time!!!
