Amazing, B&B, host and Location
I cannot recommend this B&B enough! I was only in contact with and met with Roberto on my short stay. Leading up to my trip I was provided with many useful and helpful directions on how to get to the location. Roberto also provided me with a phone number to contact if I got stuck or had any other questions to which he responded to very quickly.
The location where the B&B is situated is perfect! It's so peaceful and quiet enough to be away from all the busy areas but also has so much going on around it. There are many lovely restaurants, bars and a beautiful park nearby with very convenient water taxi stops close too. St Mark's square is also within a short 10 minutes walking distance too.
Roberto showed us exactly how everything worked within the apartment from the TV to the Air conditioning to the kitchen appliances and coffee maker. He also left the fridge full with refreshments and continental breakfast items. He couldn't do enough for us.
Check out was at 10am and our flight was not until night time but Roberto was more than happy to store away our luggage for us until we were ready to leave.
Highly recommend this B&B. Roberto was an amazing host and if I ever return to Venice I would 100% stay here again. Amazing value for money.

Amazing, definitely recommend!
I can’t recommend Roberto and Marinas apartment enough! Roberto couldn’t have been more welcoming and lovely when we checked in, he met us outside his home and walked us to the apartment, showed us around and gave us recommendations for dinner! He made us feel very at ease and welcome! The apartment was lovely and well furnished with everything you could need for a short stay (we stayed 4 nights). It was in a perfect location, with shops and restaurants within a five minute walk and the main attractions within a 15 minute walk. Lovely peaceful area, away from all of the hustle and bustle. We hope to stay here again soon! Thank you Roberto and Marina :)

Lovely Hideaway
I stayed here with my sister-n-law and niece for 3 nights (April 12th-14th) to start our trip and we just loved it. Roberto was the sweetest and prompt when corresponding via email prior to the trip. He also gave us some great recommendations for dinner near the Apartment as well. They were great too!!
The Apartment had more then enough space for the three of us and was equipped with the needed essentials for an enjoyable stay.
We would definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

Perfect place to stay in Venice
My husband and I stayed for four nights in Roberto and Marina's apartment. It was in a fantastic location just off via Garibaldi with lots of lovely restaurants, market stalls and bars nearby. It was very easy to arrange with Roberto and Marina and Roberto showed us around and how everything worked. The price was very reasonable and they even include croissants, yoghurt, juice, tea, coffee, jam etc for breakfast. They checked on us by email to make sure we had everything we needed and were perfect hosts. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to couples looking for space and facilities in a lovely area which is very close to the main tourist areas but has a local feel.

Great stay in Venice!
What a great B&B this is!
The apartment is located in a peaceful area of Venice great for exploring with good restaurants nearby. It’s only a 7 minutes walk to Piazza San Marco and a supermarket, pharmacy and delicious bakery can be found in close proximity. The location is excellent in Venice if you want to experience a local feel of the city away from other tourists and crowds. We loved it. The host Roberto was very welcoming and did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He speaks very good English so any questions he is able to answer. The apartment was clean and spacious and included everything we needed. Highly recommended.
