Don't book at this property they are fraudsters

Embarrassing, the establishment did not fulfill the delivery of keys to the apartment leaving us on the street, not answering the phone or coming the day indicated at the meeting point, we had to look for a hotel to stay in Venice. I have never met anyone so unpresentable and disrespectful, leaving us on the street without justification after having paid the reservation in advance and also informing at all times afterwards the expected arrival time. Terrible.

Dismal experience with this apartment

Bad experience! We had contracted the apartment since July we were 8 Friends and met with the intermediary (Giovani) at a meeting point chosen by him. When we arrived I didn't pick up the phone and had it turned off (imagine the situation) 5 hours looking for hotel on our own. This unpresentable never picked up our phone (we thought he would rent it for more money to other tourists).Don't even think by a long shot renting this apartment is a scammer!

OF SHAME

They left us on the street, we hired through bookin, and they gave us the contact of a certain Giovanni who did not show up either at the agreed place or time. We were 8 people on the street at 00:00 and it was our turn to go around a thousand times until we found a hotel that could accommodate us at 8, almost at 8. 5:00am

Not here again

The rooms are relatively clean and functional. However, several lamps do not work and the kitchen equipment including appliances and dishes leaves a lot to be desired.
Despite the well-locked front door and windows, someone got in and ransacked our things.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - 3 bedroom apartment located in dirty and broken down alley

We really disliked this property so much we left a day early. The apartment had nice renovations, but is located in a tiny and dirty little alley way. The surrounding apartments were boarded up and we saw a strange man searching through the boarded up windows of a condemned building next door. The owner even acknowledged that the apt had been broken into a few weeks ago and the shutter was still broken. We wanted an apartment to cook our own meals but didn't do so as the entire kitchen was filled with a rotten egg smell when we first ran the water. The owner said that was just Venice but we didn't take a chance on bacteria in the water lines. The sheets in the rooms were very itchy and the air conditioners really didn't work. It's also directly across from a music conservatory. So you hear the students practicing all day - sometimes this was nice but one afternoon allowed us to listen to an oboe playing the same exact scale for two hours. We left a day early even though we wouldn't get a refund as we didn't feel safe in this neighborhood and were not comfortable in this apartment. Definitely felt like there could have been many other options given the price. And, no wifi.
