This is how a good hotel should be.

We were a small group (3 people) for 5 nights at Ca Santo Spirito. It was now the 15th visit to Venice, and we found with this hotel one of the best locations in the city.
Absolute quiet location, first-class rooms, super quiet automatic air conditioning, a breakfast buffet that is hard to top, and most importantly, super friendly and competent staff.
It is our absolute favorite with the best price-performance ratio.
Can only be recommended 100%!

Nice small friendly quiet B&B close to Santa Maria della Salute!

In a quiet neighborhood of Dorsoduro, close by the Sante Maria della Salute you will find the B&B Santo Spirito as part of a small palazza. The owner Veronica and her housekeeper Kormarie are very friendly and help you withe everything. Just ask. We had the suite on the third floor wich makes that you have to overwin the stairs. No elevator. You can get help with bringing your luggage up and downstairs! Still it needs good condition. The suite has a master bedroom en a living room with small kitchen with refrigerator and magnetron. A watercooker for tea and instant coffee but no Nespresso or other coffemachine. A small electric cooking plate but no pans. Thera are two modern good functionating bathrooms with shower etc. Everything is clean and nice. Two airconditionings. There are many windows witch can be opened but without a view! The appartment is on the backside. The daily cleaning and every other day change of linen is perfect. The breakfast is tastfull with coffee tea, juice, different kinds of bread, cheese, meat products, fruit, yoghurt, musli etc We had an amazing time in Santo Spirito with good and quiet nightrest. Visiting the Biënnale 26 with the vaporetto from Salute is 10 min to reach The Giardino or the Arsenale and the San Marco is just one stop! Peggy Gugenheim museum and Academia you can walk in 10 min. Several restaurants on walking distance.

I love this accommodation!

Always a nice and quiet stay with Veronica and Alessandro!
The rooms are very nice, tidy, the breakfast is rich.
In a prime, quiet location directly on Vaporetto line 6, only 2 stops to the Lido!

Venice in relax

After decades, we returned to Venice to refresh our memories and visit it in relaxation. We therefore chose the B&B in a quiet area, not beaten by mass tourism. It was a great experience, the structure is tidy and clean, a 'great breakfast is available and the staff is helpful and friendly.
