A Wonderful Find
Everything about this was perfect.
The location is ideal, very close to Saint Marks Square, a vaporetto stop, great shopping, restaurants and so forth. One of the rooms and the breakfast area are on a canal.
The rooms are furnished in such a way that you feel like you’re in a classic Italian family’s home. Lovely artwork fills the rooms.
Sara, who seems to run the place, was warm, welcoming, and efficient.
This is a very small establishment with only three rooms and absolutely delightful.
A little jewel in Venice.

Great quiet B&B, more like an apartment
This is a B&B with 3 rooms. We had the room on the side canal. It was very quiet on the canal and we got Eastern morning sun. The room has AC, but it is not quite strong enough to really cool the room, but it is coolish during the hot weather we were having. The furniture in the room is elegant and the room is of good size. You have a continental breakfast in the morning with meat, cheese, and eggs. He and Sarah, the person who takes one half the week serves a great omelet. You can ask them questions during breakfast but otherwise it is like an apartment and you do not see anyone until breakfast the next day. Very nice stay and great location.

Wonderful accommodation
Breakfast was so good.It was close to attractions.Both me and my daughters would warmly recommend this place.The landlord was so incredibly helpful and could help with transportation to the airport.We really want to stay there again.
