Excellent hotel

The property offers a combination of professionalism and kindness that allowed my husband and me to experience 9 days of pure relaxation. Pampered by the attentive care of the receptionists, always available to listen and accommodate; by the restaurant team where the maitre d' Michele and his staff make dinners and breakfasts (excellently prepared by the chefs and the pastry chef) moments of unforgettable well-being. The room, perfectly clean and always fragrant, is equipped with a perfect air conditioning system to enjoy the vacation well even at 104°F as in these days. The hotel is beautiful in every space, but a particular note of praise goes to the location: beachfront on Pizzomunno, also enjoyable from the panoramic terrace. The star category (4) is fully respected. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Hotel Falcone - Vieste (FG)

4-star hotel "nothing special" for a property that defines itself as such. The terrace overlooking the Pizzomunno monolith (sea stack) is only accessible by a staircase, therefore off-limits to those with mobility issues. No elevator is indicated for access to the space in question. Same thing for the outdoor pool. The rooms are minimal in terms of both space and furnishings. The restaurant service is insufficient, with the preparation of dishes that are not exciting or special in taste (forget about fried dishes). The service is good. The reception staff are kind and attentive to charging any additional cost, however minimal, to the total cost of the stay. The prices charged for the use of the hotel parking lots are exaggerated. The beach service is decent.
All things considered, in the same area, you can find better at a decidedly lower cost without chasing the stars of the property.

Beautiful hotel

For the first time, I stayed in this hotel with my family, and I truly recommend it to anyone coming to Vieste for vacation or a long weekend; we found no faults, cleanliness in every common area and beyond, a commendation for the truly sumptuous breakfast and to the chef for the excellent delicacies he delighted us with during dinner. The pool and the sea-view room were superb. The quality that makes this facility precious is the kindness and availability of all the staff, from the reception (Angela and Ivana) to the staff in the dining area, all of whom were excellent!!
A heartfelt thank you to Maitre Michele, always invaluable and willing to accommodate every request!
The only note I feel I should make, more as a suggestion for improvements, is regarding the beach lido, particularly for the services (lack of hot showers, restrooms not always very clean) and the prices of the dishes, which are excessive for a small beach restaurant. To put it briefly: the lido does not reflect the perfection of the hotel.

Impersonal hotel!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. The atmosphere is a bit cold, except on the very pleasant terrace. The staff is pleasant, but the breakfast is not good at all, especially the cold cuts.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND 2 MARI AFFILIATED

THE REVIEW IS ABOUT the 2-star hotel 2 MARI (but I would give it 0) even though it is indicated as 3 on Google, which says a lot; I have nothing to say about the Falcone hotel, in fact, I STRONGLY recommend it. However, I want to write about this to protect the staff who work there, as opposed to other establishments that treat customers poorly: a year after my stay in this establishment, it is absolutely necessary to safeguard and defend the dignity of those who travel and pay regularly for a service. During my stay, after expressing my opinion in a civil and legitimate manner that the hotel was nothing special, I was verbally attacked by the staff. I was reprimanded and treated with unacceptable condescension, as if I were a child, just for exercising my right to criticize. I find it shameful that a hospitality establishment responds to customer opinions with arrogance and rudeness instead of self-criticism. A year later, the memory of that total lack of respect remains vivid, and it is right that future guests know how those who dare not to give compliments (even while paying) are treated. Professionalism cannot be bought, and it is completely lacking here. I strongly advise against it.
