Excellent service. Very clean. Kind staff. It's simple accommodations with restaurants far away but overall a great stay.

Excellent
We returned to the SANT'EUFEMIA estate for the second time and like the first we had a great time, large room with well-kept bathroom and everything spotlessly clean, a perfect place for those who love tranquility. The staff is always very kind and helpful for every need, I recommend it both for families, couples and single.grazie again to all the staff for your availability.

This was a great stay for one night. It is located all around vineyards so if you wanted to do some Prosecco tasting it would be very convenient. The hotel is cute and quiet with tables set up with a nice view of the vineyard. Rooms are cute, clean and also have a nice view. The staff were very accomodating and nice and provided great service. Good price for value for a short stay.

Bad reception bad place
I was with my wife 9 days bad experience, never again and never again, to be as exhaustive as possible.
The 4 employees at the reception who take turns changing, totally disconnected from each other. Paid with a down payment in advance to one employee, the other the next day with rudeness demands advance payment of every day. Believe me, this is an attitude that I cannot believe, that has nothing to do with the concept of hospitality. Given that the structure is located far from services, no comfort, road closed. Room made with difficulty, perhaps not even 10 square meters, in the structure the rooms have neither television, nor wifi. Area away even from public transport. 2 hygiene. Heaters almost always turned off, when asked to turn on , they told you to turn on the air conditioner, placed in the direction of the bed, so as not to make it turn on in essence.

With an apparent cleanliness but with a veil and a halo of residual dirt. 2 floors walk with suitcases, plus from the parking lot to the reception other stairs, not indicated to people with slight frailties you are exhausted in the room. Breakfast meager, ham from Eurospin pizzeria, frozen croissant, food nothing tied to the territory. Last but not least, the side dish, the structure immersed in the magical hills of prosecco, beautiful si.....,. But let me tell you, from those who know the vineyards, they need at least thirty chemical treatments, all year.

ci spiace davvero non fosse un portento.
La nostra dimora è semplice e schietta,
niente lussi né vita perfetta.
Lontana dai centri, questo è ben noto,
ma chi cerca il silenzio ne fa il suo risotto.
Le vigne? Sì, splendide, amate o criticate,
ma parlano forte a chi sa ascoltare.
Ci spiace se il viaggio non fu di suo gusto,
ma noi restiamo, con il nostro presupposto:
accogliamo chi cerca un po’ di ristoro,
con cuore sincero e senza decoro.
Il poeta della notte nulla può fare
di fronte a un tanto divagare,
al verbo confuso e audace
di un incerto mendace.
A chi parte col broncio, un saluto cordiale,
a chi torna col sorriso, un brindisi speciale.

Perfect stay!
Beautiful structure, well renovated and in harmony with the environment.
Quiet location surrounded by greenery and super relaxing.
Comfortable, large and bright room with a spectacular view of the vineyards, we took advantage of a triple room with a third bed, a queen-size bed. The bathroom is also large and comfortable with bidet.
The abundant and varied breakfast service, with labels on each dish, but above all inclusive with vegan and gluten free options.
I sincerely recommend staying here also for the helpful and kind staff!
