Great location, disappointing maintenance.

We arrived for a family weekend - we got a clean apartment, good location and plenty of parking in the area.
We were very disappointed by the level of maintenance of the apartment, which needs urgent renovation: the bathrooms suffered from debris and dirt, the doors fold and the general feeling was of a place not properly kept and does not provide a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
In addition, the air conditioner in one room did not work and was very hot and the room lacked diapers, so the light entered in the early morning hours and interfered with rest.
The staircase room was dirty and looked neglected, adding to the feeling of disappointment.
In conclusion, despite the convenient location and basic cleanliness, the low level of maintenance significantly damaged the hospitality experience.

Change a manager urgently if you want guests at the hotel

The manager of the hotel there doesn't speak nicely. Disconnecting the guests. Talking neighborhood. I'm very disappointed. Anyone who sees this review has better hotels. Just not getting any closer. Luckily it was one day with such a manager.

NEVER again!

NEVER AGAIN! this place is located between/above several Eilat night clubs. We stayed here on a Monday night and the music blasted from 9pm till 6am… I didn’t sleep at all as the room ‘buzzed’ with bass all night. I also requested twin beds as I was travelling with my 14 year old son and received a queen bed. There are no blankets only sheets. The room stunk of cleaning chemicals but didn’t look clean. There were ‘suspicious’ stains all over the sofa.. seriously I would not sit on that. The room had a window that faced a wall so whilst roomy it felt like a prison cell. The fridge was not cooling anything. Towels were cheap and stayed wet. Had to carry the luggage up 4 flights of stairs (no lift access). tv did not work, remote control was sticky. T place is inflexible, did not let us cancel a week in advance without a substantial penalty even though we paid extra for cancellation option - that should of been our first warning that this place is awful.

Horrible experience

Nobody cares of your room. Nobody cleans for 3 days. Nobody changes towels and toilet paper. The room was for two. For me and with my girl-friend ( not husband)..
One blanket. Teaspoon one. plate - one. glasses - zero. If you want to ask to bring another blanket, you need TO WRITE TO BOOKING.com, cause there's nobody to ask. Outside, a horrible trash. I will remind you that this is the city center. Only one was good - view from the window.
If you want to try living in the trash, OK. Give it a try. Good luck. You will be met by strange broken check-in box... with no explane how it could work.

Don't bother staying

First, there are 4 flights of stairs and nobody was available to help with luggage. The bathroom flooded into the room when you showered and I found various hairballs in the shower. The beds are very uncomfortable. The room smelled like poop as well.
