Excellent hotel! Excellent food! Championship service! Must mention praise for Ramsey, the deputy manager who has given an amazing relationship since the moment we arrived!!

Spa recommended in Eilat

The spa is located inside the hotel, right next to the pool, and the atmosphere is a relaxed, pleasant and refreshing place from the moment you enter. I enjoy the wide range of facilities, including dry sauna, wet sauna, sparkling steam barrel, fish spa and pleasant resting areas. In addition, a glass of champagne is also given that adds to the luxurious experience. The staff was kind, professional and serviceable throughout the entire visit, the place is clean and highly supported, and I felt thought of every detail.

Not recommended!!!

From my own experience, very bad service! I took a garden suite, paid a lot of money, the room was dirty!
Endless power cuts...
Not worth that money...

DIrty rooms.

Arrived late after a long travel day to a room that was clearly not cleaned — dirty carpets, debris, damaged furniture, and stained fixtures. Front desk showed little concern and offered no solution, stating there were no rooms available to move us. Very disappointing and not acceptable. Why is it always so hit and miss here for cleanliness. Last trip was great this is not even meeting basic standards.
