Great lobby, beautiful pool area and amenities, excellent breakfast, amazing staff. Room is clean, bed is super comfortable. Rooms need some updating.

We were moved to amohter chain hoterl (Royal Garden) that was so bad!!! no more words!

Hotel was very clean and everything is being attended to.
The room is well equipped and maintained but the doors to the rooms are not very soundproof and so you get a lot of noise from the corridors.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety and all very fresh. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very beautiful, with an excellent breakfast and a very attentive staff. The lobby is impressively designed, and the pool is spacious, heated, and luxurious. However, the room we received in the southern wing did not meet the expected standard for a hotel of this level. The bed was uncomfortable, the balcony window would not lock, leaving the room open most of the time, the electrical sockets were falling apart, and overall, the room was old and not up to the hotel's standard.
