A historic building of the late 19th century, the Haddad is located in Haifas German colony, with views of Bahai Gardens and Haifa Bay. The guest house offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and sea views. Each room comes with a kettle and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, some include a kitchenette. The style is rustic, with tiled floors and wooden furniture. Haddad Guest House is complete with a small spa, a laundry, and a gift and souvenirs shop. The entrance to the gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is 200 metres away. Please let Haddad Guest House know your expected arrival time in advance. Location, space, & WiFi

The location is spot on. It's on a happening street with lots of yummy food options & delicious ice-cream. You are practically at the base of the Bahai Gardens. Clean with plenty of space to do your thing & good WiFi.

Look no further!

I absolutely loved staying in this hostel. I had my own room and was given a good rate as it was off season (end of May/beginning of June) It was clean, roomy and the air con was amazing. The shower was also perfect. I had a room at the back of the property - despite the location of the hostel it was really quiet at night. The location of the place is also amazing. Down the road from the Baha’i Gardens, just up the road from the train station and near useful bus stops, restaurants, shops and museums. To top it off the family were all really friendly. I loved Haifa and I’ll definitely come back to stay in this hostel.

Basic but well located

Haddad Guest House offers basic but good accomodation and its owners are charming people. However its best quality is that it is perfectly located, with the Ba’hai gardens at the end of the street and a very good assortment of restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast isn’t served but you can find delicious shakshula at Fattoush restaurant.

good service, simple and clean rooms, central location

The guesthouse is central and close to the cafes and restaurants in the German colony... it is also walking distance to the Bahai gardens. The rooms are average but simple and clean and service is good overall. The rate is ok as it does not include breakfast. overall nice stay

An Unpleasant Experience

We stayed at the Haddad Guest House as a family of three (room #1). Unfortunately, we all had an unpleasant stay there. The floors were dirty and the tiles broken. You have to hop over the broken tiles to avoid them. Bathroom was another dirty mess with built-up dirt and rust along the edges and corners. Although there is complimentary coffee and tea in the room, make sure to check the expiration date. The coffee whitener in our room was years past its expiration date. I unfortunately didn't check and ended up with stomach "issues". A two element cooking stove is available but was old and rusty. The walls of the room are not soundproof and the air conditioner was very loud.
