The team was incredibly quick to answer questions and address issues. Like most places central Jerusalem, they are surrounded by construction and dust, which affects the stay. Apartment could have been cleaner, but management addressed my concerns immediately.

The Savyon towers is a ver modern nice apartment in the heart of the centre of Jerusalem. We enjoyed a lot the location and the city. The one small issue we had is that the barrier never recognized our license plate so we needed to ask the guard every time to open it. But that’s not a big deal. As a matter of fact having the parking included is a big deal. Great place overall

Location, top, but spoiled by lack of hygiene.

The location is really optimal with beautiful well appointed apartments. We went there this summer, there was no wi-fi. So Booking reimbursed us part of the stay. The owner didn't want to compensate. We went back in October 2025 and there is the disaster: no pillowcases, yellow cushions and dirty socks under the bed full of dust so a disaster in terms of hygiene, I will not go back.
