Amazing hotel centrally located in Bethelhem ♥️

Great hotel and extremely friendly staff. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view of Bethlehem from the balcony. The shower is nice and hot and you have a water boiler to make your coffee in the morning. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. As a General Manger of an international chain hotel myself, I have to say I’m extremely impressed with the hotel and staff. Love my stay here and will definitely come back.

Very Bad

The hotel was absolutely bad rooms are very dirty and the toilets also bad if you use the shower no power at all and the tap not working either very old fittings in the toilet and they give you shampoo in the sachets and soap on small wrap and very dry and when you want to use open the plastic then break into small pieces we satay 3 nights the second day they tide the beds and that night I can’t sleep because very itchy I think they put dirty sheets on and restaurant is very very bad breakfast and dinner breakfast no selection at all only brown bread no other bread and we got food poisoning on second day morning I had only one boiled egg and toast and jam on breakfast then I had food poisoning ,the buffet place no cooler or fridge display only in room temperature and the dinner 3 nights the same food every day and no hot food counter either but I find hot plates counter not working either my experience is very bad and my strong advice is never go that place the pictures are looking very nice but reality is different and they saying 4 stars but I didn’t think even 1 star and no web address either

Amazing

Another business trip to Israel with overnights in this hotel.
So another amazing visit.
Food, staff, room, spa.
All get 4 stars.
Also. It was so clean. It’s important Ein period of corona. Masks, gloves. All disposal at reception.
I wish them all the best.

Average hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and, in my opinion, the hotel services could be better. The rooms could be cleaner, the bathrooms could be cleaner too (mold in the shower, broken shower door). Since it was winter time, we had to use the AC system as a heater and, once we got it started, it was ok. Noisy but ok. The food was ok. Not something very special but pretty ok. The dinner is better than the breakfast. The staff is helpful. It is permitted to smoke in the lobby and this is an inconvenient for the non smokers that want to stay in the lobby and chat.

The Shepherd hotel is better

During our stay with pilgrimage group we had to move out for one night to Shepherd hotel. So we could compare. The food and rooms were better in Shepherd. Customer service was nice in both. Hot water is only in the evening in Bethlehem.
