Nice hotel, great staff, room was a little smaller than expected
This hotel is a good location very close to several areas of shopping and food. I had no problem getting anything I needed. Fadi was extremely helpful and did everything possible to help. Seems like the rooms are a little different. Some pictures are different from others and some have a desk while others are missing a chair. He helped me buy providing a chair for his office which was very nice. I found the rooms to clean and comfortable. But they were a little smaller than what I was expecting. I was only in the room between large tours anyway so it was not a big deal but it was a little cramped for all of my things. Overall everything went very well and I had no issues at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Don't get close for free!
A terrible place not worth hosting people!!
If your health and your nerves are important to you, you will stay as far away as fire from this hotel. And, despite the luxury and the reasonable price, we fell in a trap hoping that others would not fall.
Let's start with a reception that exists very partially.
Sitting there a girl who barely understands Hebrew, transferred a wrong payment at the end we had to add in cash because it didn't let her transfer the credit again, we waited almost an hour and a half just to get a key to three rooms because she didn't understand anything from our order!!
We took six rooms, three of me and three of the other part of our family. We had to cancel one at first because there were cats on the bed, the workers didn't close the porch and there were cats, she had to sleep with her mom in the room.
In one room the bathroom was not shamefully clean and also Niko again did a favor, eventually we had to ask for the gallon economics and clean ourselves. The hotel is not accessible We had to go down with baby carts on very steep stairs, there is no elevator and no access to note, I at least didn't see it not mentioned anywhere on the order or on the site.
And that's not the worst part of our experience.
In the morning my baby woke up with all the bites in the face in a horrible way!! All night we were screaming mosquitoes in our ears!! In the morning I wanted to wash my baby the water was very hot I put it in the shower after 5-10 minutes it was all in the soap the water just became ice even not loose. My baby was all in soap shaking a source, I had to quickly wipe it with screaming, I wanted to dress it in the shower because their air conditioner is also barely heating. A lot of restraints - spider bars, dust, very loose maintenance, cats are sitting on the balcony, jocking on the curtain, not putting enough towels and then taking them an hour to bring towels, dirty cupboard, dirty towels, dirty dishes, dirty dishes, reception for the night there is a number of "cats" on the curtain.
A dirty balcony that hasn't been cleaned. In short, you'll save your suffering. What's most sad is that no one came back to me to answer or at the very least apologize. Of course, the receipt didn't help anything, transferring my number to some "CEO" that didn't bother to contact.
Also note that the rooms are split and not in the same complex and that they also did not bother to mention anywhere.

Shocking.
The room was not clean at all, full of dirt, the balcony was full of cats who were vomiting on everything, there was no water in the morning. We didn't inform us that breakfast was not at all a place to stay. It's a walk away from ten in the morning. There was no hot water at all, and there was no response from this "boutique" hotel.

Worst customer experience ever
This hotel has the worst customer service i ever experienced.
We tired to cancel our reservation for 3 days straight and we were lied to, and you cant really get a hold to someone how can actually help you they just moved us around between them with no real help

Lovely haven
Our room here was a lovely haven from all the hustle and bustle of the city and our days of exploring. Centrally located, just off Jaffa Street where the main tram lines run and at max 15 min walk from The Old City. Our room was clean , quiet , kept stocked up with towels , water etc … we had a ground floor room with a balcony . Great air con and huge double bed. The manager was super friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us & assist when needed. There is a convenience store 2 min walk down the hill open until late eve. Jaffa street and streets surrounding have plenty of places to eat out . The only thing I would want to add to this stay would be a communal area to get food and refreshment but having said that you have a fridge in your room and amenities are close by. Would go back …
