A joke to call it a hotel - level of a military hostel

I have never had such a bad experience of staying in a hotel in the country or abroad, like the experience in this hotel.
The name of the hotel on Google is "White house", but in fact the name of the hotel is:
Dizengof square boutique apartment hotel
There is a mistake in my opinion!
We got the room and we were shocked! A small room, dirty, there were no towels at all, an electric compound with water residues and a lot of stone blocks floating there. There's a sink next to the bed, not related to anything! We didn't figure out what a sink water next to the bed does. Is this the "kitchen" promised in the room?
The bathroom was dirty and the shower was at the level of a military base bathroom.
If we go back a little bit, it took us a lot of time and we did a few rounds until we realized where the entrance to the hotel was. It was the gate on which the "White House" was written, but we didn't know it was actually our hotel, because we were looking for the aparthotel.
Contact with the hotel was only at WatsApp. They don't answer the phone and always get caught.
In the room, after the initial shock we received, we contacted WhatsApp and complained about the great distance between our pictures and expectations and the room itself in reality.
At least we were told that if we were not happy, we could cancel our stay at the hotel for no cost.
Without thinking twice, we immediately canceled the booking through Booking.com and moved to a charming, amazing and cheap boutique hotel with breakfast at Disneyland Plaza - Hotel Cinema, which was once the Esther cinema.
Not close to the hotel!!
I think this is a trick and a mistake!!
I think some of the positive feedback is also welcome. Be careful!!

disappointment

There is a significant gap between the images on the various websites and the reality. It felt like a scam... we got a shabby room with an unclean shower, the smell of cigarettes, a dirty balcony and a malfunctioning elevator. There was not enough equipment and there was no one to provide service on the spot. Attempts to get an answer were not really successful. Waste of money. extremely disappointing..
