Had the best stay at iconic hotel for my 4 day trip to Israel. From the moment I checked in till I left the staff weee attentive, helpful and very good company. Lots of tips for travelling around tel Aviv and the wider area, help giving me train times and when stopping for a breakfast cuppa in the mornings really enjoyable to chat to. All of them were amazing, particularly Lirian what a credit you are to the hotel. When I return in December there is no question I’ll be back to the Iconic Hotel. Thank you so much for making it a great stay

Room was fairly lean , but when I got there they extra charge us some kind of TAX , on top of what I pay at the hotel , I did not get the parking discount, and the breakfast ,, I got sent to a restaurant that was 10min walk, as I got there with the document from hotel , restaurant server ask for an extra paper that was not in the an envelope that we got at the check in desk .
Head to go back to hotel and ask for that coupon .. desk guy did not believe me .. was very bad experience. Will stay at that hotel again ..!!

I was surprised by how clean and comfortable it is. The location is excellent—it’s easy to get everywhere, and it’s close to shops, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, bus stops, a mall, and the beach. Highly recommended.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Beautifully designed throughout. Staff were wonderful from the beginning with quick responses to emails and whatsapps and a friendly greeting on arrival. Room was modern and well furnished with everything you would need- tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, safe, TV etc. Comfortable bed and great sound proofing. Well designed shower room is separated from the main room by an opaque flexiglass partition. A nice touch to receive bottles of water and some chocolates. Reception is on the top/5th floor and there is a 24/7 supply of great coffee from the bean to cup machine. The lovely, large rooftop bar is just through reception and when I was there they had a "happy hour" where they offered a glass of very good wine. No breakfast in the hotel, but there are countless places for breakfast within a few minutes of the hotel - including Tal Bagels, which has numerous options. Excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again.

Stephan and the crew were amazing. I was provided free wine each night on the rooftop. Overall amazing experience
