Relaxing, spacious, beautiful views. Easy to take the bus downtown if you have Suica card. Breakfast has good food but is limited if you come later. They were not prepared to serve us dinner.

won’t go again…..no logistic arrangement, poor and old amenities and facilities. the food is all take away cold food……staff pretended to not knowing putonghua instead of showing off the japanese language skills…….

Regarding transportation, our hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. We also recommend using buses or taxis, which offer easy and comfortable access to our property.
As for our facilities, we take pride in providing a variety of options for relaxation and entertainment, including hot spring baths, karaoke, mahjong rooms, mini billiards, and table soccer, to ensure that guests can fully enjoy their time with us.
With regard to dining, we currently offer Japanese set meals for dinner and buffet-style breakfasts, designed to provide a satisfying and diverse culinary experience.
For language support, our front desk staff mainly communicate in Japanese and English, and we also provide online assistance in Chinese to help all guests feel welcome and at ease during their stay.
We truly appreciate your honest comments, as they are extremely valuable to us in our ongoing efforts to improve. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you again in the future and providing you with an even more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wishing you all the best and much happiness.

It is nothing to do with Japanese style Hotel!Not omotenashi,I feel uncomfortable there!Food is not Japanese,we can’t eat much,futon is so hard can’t sleep all night!!!!

好驚嚇的晚上，check in入住時有看到職員，到夜晚看完煙花返酒店一個人都無，3層高的酒店得我們一家，上落樓梯，走廊沒開燈要自己開燈，真是滿滿驚嚇。
房間的冷氣很嘈，房間冷氣槽都塞滿塵埃感覺很差。
其實酒店環境不錯，但打理方法很有問題，晚餐食中菜，只有一款沒有選擇，所以早餐唔打算食就提早走了，但到check out一個職員都看不見，錯誤的選擇揀了這間酒店，幸好無穿無爛度過😢

位置偏僻，唯一值得一提的是露台外的山景不錯，可惜有雜物橫放，沒辦法出去欣賞。大堂沒有電梯，如果你不介意拖著行李箱上下樓梯的可以來體驗搬運行李；不熱的「所謂溫泉」，如果你體驗過真正的溫泉，你會很後悔來這裡泡澡，湯池裡沒有廁所，人有三級的話請穿好衣服出去上一層的廁所，此外女池很小，旁邊只有2個淋浴位置；最需要注意的是你預定的房型設備是否標示的模棱兩可，我們預定的那個房型是沒有淋浴間的。原先預定了2晚，最後只住了1晚，因為除了不滿房間沒有淋浴外，更慘的是墊子太薄，第二天直不起腰來。就當丟了錢買經驗了。（這次9天的行程，有3間都提供榻榻米床鋪，前兩家都有類似床褥的厚墊子，只有這家是最薄的，一晚2500多的價格真的難以接受）當然旺季很容易中伏。

温泉设施：关于温泉水温及汤池设施的问题，我们需要澄清一下温泉的温度不会太热，一般会在35-40度左右。温泉浴池内不设置厕所是需要保证客人的体验感，这样可以让客人无需担心隐私问题。但是我们理解真正的温泉体验对客人来说非常重要，并会尽力提高我们的服务质量。
淋浴间和房型描述：我们对您预定的房型未包含淋浴间感到遗憾。这是我们的疏忽，我们会更仔细检查房型描述，以确保客人预订时能获得准确的信息。
床铺舒适度：对于榻榻米床铺的舒适度问题，我们深表歉意。我们将重新评估床垫的厚度，并考虑提供更多选择以提升客人的睡眠体验。

補充一些照片供參考。如果你想像這裡有超棒的溫泉的話，你會很失望的。隨便一家酒店的沖涼水都比這裡的「溫泉」要熱。
