Misinformation About Room Availability and Unprofessional Staff Behavior
On what I believed was the second-to-last day of my reservation, I left my room key at the front desk and was suddenly told it was my check-out day. There had been no clear communication about the exact check-out date at any point. When I asked if I could stay another night, I was told there were no rooms available.
What was most concerning was the staff’s attitude. While I was trying to understand the situation, I could clearly hear multiple staff members in the back laughing loudly. Even after I pointed this out, there was no apology or effort to assist me. The front desk staff remained dismissive and unhelpful.
Because of this interaction, I felt extremely uncomfortable leaving my luggage with the hotel. After experiencing that level of disrespect, I genuinely did not feel I could trust that my belongings would be handled properly. That is not how a guest should feel at any hotel.
After checking other nearby hotels with no availability, I went online and found that the same hotel still had rooms available for that night. I booked one immediately and was able to secure a room—contradicting what I had just been told in person.
I understand that there may have been a misunderstanding on my part regarding the booking dates. However, the lack of clear communication, combined with the staff’s behavior and lack of professionalism, made the situation far worse.
This experience left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, communication, and basic customer respect.

The facilities are average, and the "Standard Single/140cm bed width" is spacious enough, and the blackout curtains allowed me to sleep soundly until morning.
Breakfast is in the form of a half buffet in addition to a Japanese or Western plate. This time I chose the Western plate, and the plate included "scrambled eggs, sautéed green beans, cauliflower, sausages, potatoes, bacon, a small plate of ratatouille" with consommé soup. From the half buffet, I chose salad (prepared in a small container), croissant, waffle with jam, and yogurt. I was satisfied.
On the 5th floor where I stayed, there was a laundry room and vending machines. Amenities were available at the flint as needed.
Overall, I was very satisfied, and would like to use it again.
