Worst memories.
It's a non-cleaning hotel, so it's moldy and dirty.
No welcome, waiting at check-in, double charges for asoboya, no wiping the baby licking a ball, no staff doing anything to tell him he was hurt in the hot spring
It's just big, there's used diapers from the previous guest, it's not a hotel for kids.
Three generations stayed here, but if you pay for this, you'll have better memories elsewhere.

Worst Service Ever
I am furious about my check-in experience! I booked 2 rooms online, but I was only given 1! The staff member named Lakshan was completely unhelpful and shockingly told me to "Fxxk off" when I asked for assistance. Other staff members, Aruse, Narita, and Nakamura, were present and did nothing to help. This is unacceptable!

No, thank you.
First, here are a few good points: The staff at the food service were all very helpful, positive and helpful. The concept of a beach onsen, where both men and women and families can enjoy each other, was novel and fun for a Japanese hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the soft serve ice cream and shaved ice at dinner were very satisfying for both children and adults. The large children's play area was nice because it rained 24 hours a day and we couldn't use the outdoor rope course in the forest during our stay.
During this trip to Hokkaido, the students stayed in five hotels, including one for families and children. This hotel was very dirty. It was the dirtiest hotel I had ever seen in Japan. The common areas and the guest rooms were dirty. The trash can near the vending machine was overflowing, and bottles were piled on the floor around it. The floor in the common area was particularly dirty. Housekeeping staff placed cleaning carts in the middle of hallways instead of at the walls, blocking the path to elevators. Rolls of toilet paper were left untidied on the hallway floor for hours. The bathroom floor in the guest room was dirty, and when I wiped away the spilled water, a towel came into contact with the tiles and turned dark gray. In the waiting room before the lift, trays with used plates and cutlery were left on the floor, and we were always visible. This lack of cleanliness cannot be explained by the large number of children. We also stayed at Rusutsu Family Resort, which was cleaner with lots of kids.
At breakfast on weekdays, at 8:45, all the tea/coffee cups, children's forks and butter in the dining room were gone.
The mattress in the bed (Western style) was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was only one pillow available for each person. Towels for the pool were supposed to be provided in the room (as the hotel instructed), but they weren't, so I had to go to the hotel front desk each time and ask for them. In the afternoon of check-in time, that was impossible.
Laundry facilities are not available! This was very inconvenient. We had to walk to our sister hotel, which was impossible in wet weather.
The convenience store in the hotel was closed between 11:00 and 14:00, which was very inconvenient.
Finally, the hotel had a very large number of Japanese guests with prominent tattoos. I've never seen this before. There were as many as 15 people. Tattoos were not hidden in the hot springs and pools.
Considering the price you paid during the high season in July, you probably won't be staying again.

Hotels lacking service

They don't guide you around the facility, but read it on their own app. That's fine, but the first thing you should tell them, like that there are no towels in the public bath, or that it's about breakfast and dinner time, is not enough service.
This is a hotel that will not be the second time.
It was a shame that the information posted on social media and other sites went ahead.

Bad air conditioning.
It's hot as soon as we get there! The lobby is hot. It was very spacious lobby but it was hot. It was a shame that I wanted to get to the hotel and relax because it was hot in Hokkaido. I thought the room was still cool, but it was as hot as ever! I don't feel at home at all.
Handy fans couldn't let go. I think it's better to improve.
