典型的な海辺の古い宿

玄関を入ると少しビックリしますが、典型的な海辺の古い宿です。宿は古いですが、古いなりに、よくメンテされています。この古さで営業出来るようにメンテするのは、大変な事だと思います。食事もカニや深海サメなど美味しかったです。

The lack of cleaning is undeniable.

I used it for a day trip bath.
Overall, I don't think there is a lack of cleanliness.
One-day baths are cheap, but cospa is not very good.
Overall, it's outdated (not retro).
For example, there was a lot of mold and window stains in the bathroom.
The lights weren't on either.
The bathroom was full of steam, so I think you should install a ventilation fan.
The dressing room was also a little smelly. I think we also need a ventilation fan.
The hall at the entrance has become dirty with too much stuff. The ceiling is also dirty.
Furthermore, although it was hot, the hall was not air conditioned.
They are usually cleaned, but I thought they should be thoroughly cleaned regularly.
The fish tank at the entrance stinks and I think we should stop or tend to it more often.
The relief was that the staff were polite and helpful.

Not many choices in Kanaya, but this will do

Stayed one night while visiting Nokogiriyama. Hotel is conveniently located to everything in the town, which isn't much: the ropeway station to Nokogiriyama, ferry station, train station, supermarket, the fish market, the post office and a couple of restaurants. Hotel seems to have seen better days and could stand a bit of refurbishment. Linen and room were clean and wi-fi worked fine. There is a new hotel in town, but it's up a steep slope on the side of a mountain and not convenient unless you drive. Somewhat expensive considering newer facilities in pricey urban centers are cheaper. Frig in the room is locked and not available for storing anything you have brought from outside.

古いが情緒あり

昭和というかもっと古いイメージの旅館です。孤独のグルメでも出ていたので再度訪問です。
ごく普通の日本旅館ですがきれいにされています。設備云々はなかなかいえないほどの骨とう品です。
