Good Central location with excellent service

The hotel is near to most things in Hiroshima. The bus or tram stop ( street car) is just a few minutes away as is the main shopping streets. The room has good proportions compared to Tokyo and had all the amenities. The bed is a standard double and could have done with a new mattress. The bath/ shower room is separate from the toilet and the sink is in the room which we quite liked. Not sure about a glass shower door though. The only thing missing was complimentary tea or coffee but there is a convenience store next door. Breakfast was great but can get busy but there is loads of choice. The staff are its asset. They lent us umbrellas when it rained and have us good tips on local restaurants. Would stay here again

Beautiful

One of the best chains in Japan, in my opinion, very spacious areas, the
room was clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom, large window overlooking the street and the city, not noisy because of this, two elevators, buffet breakfast, a bit crowded at certain times, but with a wide selection.
Convenience store at the reception, self check-in and check-out.

Super vacations

Hotel near the station and a 20-minute walk from Peace Park. The structure is new and very beautiful. The rooms are larger than the Japanese standard. The breakfast is truly varied with many quality savory and sweet products. The staff is very kind. I could not ask for more.

Nice Hiroshima Hotel Option

We enjoyed staying here as our fifth and final hotel on our 3 week trip in Japan. We were lucky to have a upgraded corner room which offered a bit more space. One nice feature was the built in shelf/desk along the wall, which helped store our belongings. As with all the hotels we stayed at, it was super clean. We had breakfast included as part of our tour and it was the best breakfast of all the hotels! Location wise, it's quite central in Hiroshima and walk able to lots of transportation, shopping and dining options.

Just ok

This hotel is well located and very clean.
Our room was so small we couldn't open both suitcases at the same time and one side of the bed doesn't have it's own light. If one partner goes to sleep, the other cannot have its own light.
I am coeliac and require a gluten free diet. We contacted the hotel and we were told they can cater for gluten free for breakfast. The receptionist helpfully wrote on my breakfast voucher the dietary requirements. When we went down, all the dishes were cleared labeled with allergens. The problem was that there were very very limited choices for me. I could have fruit, yogurt, cherry tomatoes and chicken sausages. That is it..nothing else qas gluten free. Naming the allergens in dishes does not equate to catering for dietary requirements. I left breakfast very disappointed every morning.
