Very expensive and sadly there is a class system. Hotels.com advertised 3 pools but we could only use one which was not ideal and not enough sun beds. Paying £330 a night we wouldn’tn expect to be the ‘lower’ tier of guest. However, we loved our room even though no balcony and the food was incredible. Chinese restaurant was permanently closed though, again this was advertised as open. They could do with a lounge bar for the lower tier guests. Beach could do with a clean up, a lot of washed up rubbish and plastic plus random cargo boxes left to rot.

Swim with sea turtles and be impressed! Thank you for the best tour ever!

We participated in private beach snorkeling.
They responded to my request to see sea turtles and I was able to meet three sea turtles!
I was able to swim with one of them for a long time and it was truly a dream time.
I took the picture myself with the underwater camera I brought with me, but the picture that my guide Saya gave me the camera and took was so nice that I will post it!
I would love to participate again.
Thank you so much for your support!
We were also able to enjoy other things like SUP, which was just great!

Family Snorkeling

Hiro's guide and support have been amazing. Hiro-san advised me and my son, who are novice snorkelers and can't swim, to have a floating ring to pull on, and I was able to enjoy my first snorkel without fear. They also took a lot of wonderful pictures and it was a wonderful memory for our family. Thank you very much for your help.

The room was clean, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. We chose the eco-friendly option of not having our sheets changed daily. Although someone came in and emptied some of the trash, we initially did not receive fresh towels and not all of the trash was collected. On the second night, I left a note requesting fresh towels and asking that the remaining trash be removed, and the staff took care of everything.
We enjoyed the hotel buffet on the evening we checked in and every morning during our stay. The buffet staff were excellent and consistently went above and beyond our expectations.
The bell and valet staff at the entrance also deserve special recognition. They were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful with our luggage and car, and they always made us feel warmly welcomed.

I can't put it into words.

Banana boat, snorkeling was the best ⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ Luckily(?)I dared to go out and see a sea turtle and my instructor Hiro took a lot of photos and videos and taught me about all the ocean knowledge and I wonder if there is such a luxury snorkeling elsewhere. And I thought, "Wow, that's it!" I want to come again.
