If you want to go Hachi Kita, SASAYA!
I rented them in the inn building, but the boots didn't fit my feet, so I had them resized on the first night. I asked for it during the busy hours of the night and it was very distressing, but they were willing to help me.
The hot pot for dinner was also very good, and the children who usually had small meals ate more than usual and were comfortable at the inn.
Next time I stay in Hachi Kita, I want to stay at SASAYA.

The ingredients for the rice were especially good!
This is our second time here.
The pork miso hotpot was warming and the staff kindly adjusted the flavor, and even our 4-year-old daughter, who doesn't like the spiciness of ginger, ate it up.
I would also recommend the Tajima beef sukiyaki.
It's great that you can get coffee anytime, just a few steps from your room.
We had a delicious breakfast the next morning, and it was also a big plus that you can walk to the lift station without having to move your car.
Besides skiing, it was also a great gourmet hot spring trip.
