Gorgeous feelings

Niseko's most elevated hotel. Parking is available by appointment for a fee. The breakfast was gorgeous and very satisfying. The bath looks like a hot spring, but it is quite small for a hot spring of this size. For men, there were only three washrooms. It helped that laundry was free. I took a room with a view of Mount Yotei, but it was very disappointing that the weather was bad and I could barely see Mount Yotei. This is all I can do, though. I booked another free private bath, but it was very small. You shouldn't expect much of a bath. Please note that breakfast was very luxurious and satisfying.

Spectacular Skye

Skye Hotel has an excellent location with commanding views of Grand Hirafu and the ski slopes. We stayed at the 3BR penthouse with stunning views of Mt Yotei. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with an outdoor fire pit on the balcony. Soaking in the rotenburo with snow falling all around was a magical experience. The welcome chocolates, biscuits, snacks and bottle of sake were a lovely touch.
The service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The ski valet system was interesting: there were no lockers for guests. We picked up our rented ski gear in the morning and handed it all back when we were finished for the day, which is quite convenient and easy. I am not sure where you would keep your equipment if you brought your own.
Breakfast gets busy so go early.
Here is my wish list for a perfect stay: a full-length mirror (there were none in the penthouse) and muesli or granola for breakfast.

Lovely Family Ski Holiday accommodation

Position is perfect, Ski Valet, fantastic breakfasts, and lovely views over Hirafu and ski fields. Pricey but you get what you pay for.

nice hotel on the montain

stayed in a two bedroom suite, the rooms were clean spacious, location next to the slopes and i think the price was reasonble, great view of the slples, the only issue is that ski-in ski out is blocked by the terrain park, so not so convienient.

The only place to stay in Niseko

By far the best location and best apartment hotel in Niseko. Beautifully appointed rooms with an outlook over the ski field, easy to use in room appliances, the bar and restaurant serves amazing food and drinks, the staff are knowledgeable which shows they have been staff trained, the breakfast on offer was broad with western and Asian options that were of a high quality.
The location means you can easily access, family base, ace gondola and king gondola. If you’re having lessons it helps to be close to these. If you know how to ski your in the right spot to go in your own direction up the mountain.
Would recommend Skye Niseko and would stay here again.
