Great place to stay. Staff was the most friendly. We check in, but rooms weren’t ready. They stored our bags. When we returned in the early evening, they had already placed our bags in our room. They spoke English well and they have a coffee maker in the lobby. 10/10 would recommend.

Family friendly stay, excellent location, super awesome front office staff

Excellent hotel, family friendly, 5 minute walk from the train station. They covered lots of items for rentals which is awesome.
But the icing on the cake is the front desk staff. They are super awesome! Super helpful and have provided very useful tips and suggestions for food and entertainment around here.

Amazing! Super location with family friendly service.

Great location! From the moment we were greeted with such friendliness and helpfulness. Warm atmosphere From the simple things of providing fresh grinder coffee daily, to spacious rooms, large baths and showers. Highly recommend to anyone visiting. Plus the view of the temple right in front of the room was the ultimate experience

Family Stay Feb. 2026 - Fire Pit?!

Loved this hotel. The vibe, the room, the staff, the location. Have traveled many places, this hotel is a standout. Loved the fire pit in the room – very unique. I don't leave many hotel reviews but wanted to leave one for here because it was so cool and well supplied. All of the things they have to loan out in the lobby are top shelf. Staub Dutch ovens, beer and wine glasses, books, vinyl records and players... Nicely curated. Great job to whoever organized that.
The beds were great and supported a family, which I found somewhat rare in Japan. 4 bunks with lots of room. We didn't cook in-room but easily could have. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The bathroom was gorgeous as well. Double sinks which my wife and I appreciated.
The location was also perfect. Easy walk to the train station. The temple across the street is magnificent, and they had a wonderful evening market where we had some great food and entertainment.
