Modest Hotel, Value for Money

Very god value for money. Yes it is not luxurious nor is the decor up to date but it is still reasonable value for money.
I did not have any meals at the hotel. it is very ok as they are plenty of good eating places nearby.

Terrific view

I was lucky enough to have a room on the top floor which had a balcony and the view was spectacular.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very big compared to most Japanese rooms. Like all other rooms I stayed in it was far too hot and the temperature was controlled centrally but I could open the door to the balcony, which also had a screen door, and because we were by a lake the temperature was cool at night.
There is nothing else around the lake but hotels which meant we had to eat dinner there which wasn't great and we got thrown out of the room at 20:30, which was 30 minutes later than they wanted us out but there was nowhere else to sit together in the hotel
The breakfast was better than dinner and a good selection

Weather permitting....

The staff, who were mostly foreign, seemed to be working hard without any problems.
Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji while I was staying in bad weather, but if I could, it was the best room and bath.
I'm like, "Meals are normal."
Weather permitting, it's cheap, so I'd like to go again.

I would stay at this Hotel again, very clean, and Professional Staff

The Hotel was very clean and Hotel Staff were very friendly. The Hotel Lake View from my Room was awesome. The Buffet was food was good both Japanese and American Selection.
The rooms were good, just a little smaller than what I am use to, however, very clean .
I would recommend staying at this Hotel, thank you Tominoko Staff and Management , Terry from USA.

Not the fanciest but comfy and clean.

We only staid one night and did not use any of the amenities. I was not expecting much as I had read the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The accommodations are outdated but clean. I find the clean part more important than updated bedding. The beds were soft and we had the cheapest room. The toilet is in a separate room than the bathroom which was nice but the shower was small and enclosed so I passed on that as I'm claustrophobic. There is only a hand held in the shower, just FYI. Also, be careful on the stairs. The mini fridge never got cold but one night it wasn't a big deal. The view was beautiful, even with the fog.
