The room My room is on 2nd floor, when looking out from my balcony, there are trees blocking the ocean view.

Pros:

Cons:
- Minimal service for $2800/night!
We stayed 4 nights to give an overall review. First when we arrived, no staff welcomed us at entrance. No one helped us with our luggage. No instructions on how to go to our room (we took the wrong lift - our room was in fact in another tower!). We were charged with 50kg luggage and walked up the stairs near lobby by ourselves. Zero welcome and minimal service.
- Extra pillows need manager’s approval and limit to 2/person. Room was not clean the first day and we had to request every morning.
- Bed was VERY hard - I’ve never slept on a bed like this. Fortunately no back pain…
- VERY small pool: not ideal for a family. We even didn’t want to go
Conclusion: It all feels like a hotel of low standard but overpriced. Maybe because of peak season.

The hotel I felt sorry for

This time, I stayed with my pet for three consecutive nights. When we arrived, there was no pick-up from the staff at all, there was a lot of luggage, so I got out of the car and asked the staff nearby who brought the baggage cart, but you can do the rest yourself! I was entertaining the next bus customer who came as quickly as if to say "I'm sorry." After that, when I asked where the parking was, I said, "It's across the street," without even showing them around. And. I stayed in Allamanda the year before last and the service was so good that I decided to stay in Breeze Bay, which belongs to the same family, but I was discouraged from the beginning. When I entered the room, I cleaned it, but the smell of the previous pet was quite unpleasant. Also, every time I flushed the washroom, the sound of the drain was banging loud. And, in the extreme, there was an incident where this went past disappointment and felt like anger. I booked dinner for the third day at Hotel Allamanda at 7am at Maralunga, so I thought I would be late, so I stopped by the front desk before I left that morning and asked to be picked up and dropped off because I had a pet. I was relieved to go out and wait at the hotel entrance at the time I was supposed to go back to the hotel, but when I arrived at 18:55 there was no car, so I checked with the man at the front desk, but it didn't appear to be on the reservation list, and this one was running out! If you say so, call a taxi and come here. And. I said, "It's free, isn't it?" "And I said, ""No, it costs money.""" And. I was told that if I had pets with me to get between those hotels, I wouldn't be able to use the free bus, so I had to go out of my way to book a car in the morning to pick me up." And. "Uh, was that your ride?" And.
This was a morning reservation, but it was a mistake on the part of the hotel, but there was no word of apology, and it was handled too badly. I really regretted staying here. Does the boss share information properly about such mistakes? I thought that once we discussed the basics of customer service, such as reporting, contacting, and confirming, everyone would feel good about staying. The breakfast buffet had a nice view and was delicious, so I left the hotel a little disappointed and stayed at the Mirage the next day.

The tower I was in looked like the Disney Tower of Terror. It’s so old it felt that way too
