To the Max

This is more than a business or love hotel; it’s what would be born if the two wed and had a reasonably-priced, spacious efficiency with all the mod cons - tv, washer, microwave, fridge, massive bathroom - and added a sauna, spa and pool. In short, there is no better ¥9000 deal in Japan, although you would actually want to visit Moka - close to Motegi or Mashiko, and not a hot spot by any means. Specializes in long-stay guests, likely factory staff. That said, worth every yen and restaurants good and not overpriced.

The rooms were a good size. How ever the restaurant and hot springs spa was closed and has been closed since 2021.

Convenient Hotel with Airport Bus in Front

I have stayed at this hotel for a few times over the years and enjoy the convenience of the hotel with the airport bus stop right in front. Currently, the pool, dining and onsen areas are all closed since Covid austerity measures, however, the room still has an onsen which you can access from your tub. Note that you must leave the onsen water running for about 30 minutes till you notice the water change indicating it is onsen water. Also, for a quick drink there is a vending machine on the 1st floor. 2nd floor will have the extra towels, tissues or amenities you may need, if your stay is longer than a few days. Rooms have a tatami style room and bedroom, so it helps with the spaciousness of the room. Kitchenette and washer/dryer were great to use. Note you need to provide your own kitchen and laundry supplies. I have attached a screenshot on the washer/dryer translation for your convenience.

I wanted to like the hotel however the room was appalling. Walked into my non-smoking room which wreaked of smoke. The only thing non-smoking about this room was us. Then when I went to get the air freshener refilled they said that was on us to refill but they would refill it this one time. The furniture was stained from what looked like cigarettes. The only thing this hotel had going for it was the indoor pool, kids loved it.

Spacious room and in quiet area!

The room is spacious! There is a separate bedroom area, living room, huge shower area, separate toilet room, a kitchen and even a washer/dryer combo! There are dining facilities, spa/onsen area and even an indoor pool with small slide! The area is a slight distance from any shopping or convenience stores, so if you want a quiet get away you will enjoy your stay here. It is very quiet and the split ac units allow temperature control in the living room and bedroom area.
