We loved the hotel and liked being located close to historic sites. The staff was great, however there was some confusion about breakfast. We thought we had included breakfast with our room rental, but apparently did not. That was a little inconvenient, but not a big deal. We would use this hotel again if in the area.

Very nice facility. Great location. Best, friendliest, staff of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan.

The baths are all luxurious, and the sightseeing location is good, so you can enjoy sightseeing and downtown on foot.

I was a little worried about it because it was originally like a labho, but all the rooms have been renovated and the facilities in the room are very comfortable. I heard that some of the good rooms have a swimming pool, so I wanted to apply for one next time I could use it.
They are very courteous to the customers and families with children, and offer a recommended fancy breakfast for an extra fee, but I am very satisfied with the variety of other desserts, such as salad and Nagasaki Kata Yakisoba Champon, even for a normal breakfast.
All rooms are comfortable with Jacuzzi and TV.
For sightseeing, it is a great location within walking distance of Peace Park and downtown area.
The only regret is that the remote control of the lights didn't work properly!

Beautiful old European style with lots of dark wood and chandeliers; room was large with Japanese style bath. Very pleasant. Bit of a hike up the hill, but located close to important atomic bomb victim sites in Nagasaki that you can walk to.
