Convenient and helpful hotel

This one is very convenient because it is about a 5-minute walk from JR Nagasaki Station.
(Shiden Nagasaki Station is a short walk from the pedestrian bridge.)
You stored your luggage before chucking in.
I wonder if the hotel is upscale ... the interior is calm.
Chiecquin, the receptionist was very polite.
Then use the keys to enter the room.
The room was large, simple, calm and neat, and the bed was wide and just soft.
Breakfast was buffet, there was a wide menu, and there were local dishes.
I'm glad you kept your luggage after chieking out.
I was able to stay in a loose bull partly because I booked early at a convenient and helpful hotel.

Queuing for Breakfast at a 4-Star Hotel!

07:00-hrs on a Saturday morning, and my wife & I are queuing in order to get into breakfast, and once we got in, most of the tables were covered in the previous occupants used items, clearly struggling to cope with demand. Not good Hotel New Nagasaki!

Comfortable stay, perfect location

ROOMS: spacious and clean, not extremely spacious but convenient. Beds with different type of mattresses - one is harder than another but pillows are comfortable. There are working desk, small coffee table with chairs in the room. Every room is equipped with a coffee machine (capsules are provided), teapot, fridge, small safe and sound speaker. Good sized bathroom with all necessities.
LOCATION: excellent! 5min walking distance from the railway station. Family Mart is next to the hotel as well as shopping mall.
FOOD: there are three restaurants and one bar on site.
FACILITIES: good wi-fi, ice machine on the floor, banquet halls, bridal suites
STAFF: friendly, very helpful and polite, speaks English well.

Very nice hotel central location

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is just beside the bus, train and local tram stops/ stations. The room was large, nice bathroom with friendly helpful staff on reception and concierge desk.
The breakfast was also very good.
There are lots of snack places on ground floor and restaurants on 5th floor of next door shopping centre.

Great location and large Japanese room.

I stayed in Japanese room as family of 4. I loved big room with Japanese garden view.
