Staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was clean, but just a little worn in. The restaurant wasn’t open except for breakfast when I was there. Easy to navigate the city from here. It’s right by a central station.

Very nice stay. located near my area of business. Rooms could use some updating but staff was very kind.

If you are in doubt about the price of a hotel near Nagoya Station, you can make an option

Near Chikusa Station. However, if you are going to go directly to the hotel side from Chikusa Station via an underground passage, it is 'stairs only', so if you have a lot of luggage, it is important to do some preliminary research.
Note that the exit with escalators and elevators is in the opposite direction of the hotel.
The rooms are clean, so there is no problem. However, you might want to prepare in advance as you'll have a hard time finding an outlet by your pillow.
There are many comments about services and clerical errors, but it is only necessary for the guests to take a step back and evaluate it, so it is not a definitive failure assessment.
There are no restaurants nearby, but there is a supermarket nearby, so goods can be procured.
Being away from Nagoya Station, it seems quiet, but it's important to consider that the Chuo Line between Nagoya Station and Kanayama Station gets crowded depending on the time of day.
On the other hand, if you are going to Matsumoto, I think that the fact that Chikusa Station is a limited express stop is a positive factor.

bad hotel, dirty carpet, room is so foul smell with smoke, also smoke is attack in their bed, breakfast line is not vary, so bad experience

The staff were helpful and polite, hotel is close to a subway and train line which is why I chose it. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Underground onsite parking for a very reasonable rate.
Some of the staff can speak English, although I do speak Japanese.
My only issue was with the bed’s comforter/duvet- it was very thin and felt like it was plastic coated. I’m sure it’s easy to keep clean but I found it uncomfortable for sleeping.
