Happy kids - Happy Parents

We stayed here for three night with a family of 4. The themed rooms were a hit with our kids and they LOVED the bunk beds. The mini disco elevators were such a cool surprise, my daughter had a smile each time we used it! Each room has a treasure hunt. Figure out the clues and unlock the secrete treasure. Legoland was across the road, making it super convenient to go all out at the park knowing you can put your feet up the moment you step out. Our only complaint was selection of food available.

This is THE WORST hotel we have ever stayed!!! We stayed 3night at over 450 usd per night. No cheap!! The service was nonexistent! Breakfast can only be self booked on the app daily after 4:00 pm. There are time slots to choose from ranging from 7:00 to 10:00 am, and you can only eat for 45 minutes. One day we were forced to get up to make it to 7:00 breakfast because all other spots were taken! The place was like refugee camp! Food was barely average, seats so jammed that you can barely pass through without bumping into others, no one came to take the used dishes. (Around 4-6 servers helping hundreds of customers.)
The room was so tiny that it was almost impossible to open our luggages. There’s no house keeping unless you stay for 5 nights!!! (3rd day they come to take out trash, fill amenities, and change towels…so called light cleaning and only on the fifth day they do complete house keeping.)
Front desk is only available from 6 am to 10 pm. No in hotel phone to call if you need any help or anything. Supposedly, there’s pool service (again need to self book after 12:00 pm fighting for an open spot and each session is only 30 minutes.) out of our 4days stay, we were never able to get a spot to enter.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere next to an industrial harbor. Nearest and only convenience store is at least 15 minutes away.
By far the worst hotel! What a disappointment and disaster!!!!

The Friends Room Premium was wonderfully clean and updated. We felt like we were the first ones to use the room. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast buffet was very good; especially loved the organic natto.

This hotel was amazing! Bright, modern, full of life. The hallways and rooms on each floor are themed to add to the fun. And a disco in the elevators every time….so much fun!
Staff were excellent, the place is very clean and tidy. Buffet breakfasts and dinners were awesome.
We loved our stay, the hotel paired with a day at Legoland is a perfect match!
