It's old, but it's the best in cospa. Yes.
Cospa is good. To be honest, it is a tired hotel compared to the old and sophisticated accommodation around. But... It's about a 5-minute walk from Makishi Station on the Yui Rail, the convenience store is diagonally opposite Lawson, and the supermarket's Max Value is just around the corner. Kokusai Street is also 5 minutes away.
It's old, but it has a public bath. The plan included breakfast, but the cost is really good. The cleaning is done properly and the staff is kind. Of course, as long as you pay for it, there's a lot on top. If you search for the same amount elsewhere, the conditions are worse, and if you search by condition, the amount jumps. So I think it's very good for people who just want to focus on cospa.
The baths are old and cracked, the elevators are kind of rattled, and the rooms are old and fake with few electrical outlets. The toilets are also bad. It's not a card and they only give me one key. It's just a nostalgic hotel. But Cospa is the best. If you're not nervous, I recommend it. No problem.
The izakaya there was not much on the menu but it was delicious and cheap. If there's nowhere to go, I think you can use it.
Breakfast was not a lot of food, but I had enough and was satisfied. I think it's better than doing it at a convenience store.
I think there will be a repeat.

Old business hotel
I come to Okinawa once a year and use it in various ways, including repeat use and consecutive nights, but this time I chose this hotel near Kokusai Dori Airport Station on the last day.
It was a retro Japanese-Western style room, but there was a 2.3 cm gap under the door.
I was curious, and when I checked, the room on the lower floor was similarly gaping, so I think it was because of the structure of the building. So, as other people review, you can hear the whole hallway.
Kids in the hallway at night? I was awakened by the sound of a clapping hand. I went to bed straight away because I was tired, but I honestly thought it was tough.
I think the people who use it are the customers who deserve the price.
There was also a large public bath, and it was a hotel with the atmosphere of staying at a training camp.
Breakfast was simple and the curry was delicious.
It was a good ◯ because it was a hotel just for sleeping. The bed was stiff and I liked it.

It was a three-night solo trip, this was my second use, and I am currently staying my second night.
The last time I visited, I was snubbed by the smell of cigarettes in the room, but I kept repeating because of the good location for Yui Rail use and sightseeing (within walking distance of Kokusai Dori and Sakaemachi Market), breakfast included, and a large public bath.
This time, because it was a three-night stay, I chose standard twins instead of single rooms, which are very spacious.
You can also unpack your suitcase and luggage.
This room doesn't smell like tobacco at all.
It may have been renovated, there are many electrical outlets, and the wallpaper does not feel so old.
But this time it's a room (712) on the edge of the 7th floor, and when you enter the room, there's a loud motor noise? I was curious about.
When it was time for bed for the first night, I couldn't sleep because of the constant sound of every hour, even my headache....
I endured it for a while, but I couldn't stand it anymore, so I went down to the front desk in the middle of the night and asked for a room change, but it wasn't available.
Today, everyone was checked out and could have asked for a replacement, but the room was so spacious and easy to use except for the sound, so I'm still spending my time taking headache pills in the loud sound of the motor saying, "It's my second night and I'll get used to it..."
It sounds like air conditioning in the whole building. Even when you go out into the hallway, there is a sound.
I wonder if the other rooms are OK....
The motor noise didn't bother me at all in my room last time....
But this hotel has many advantages!(^-^)
Breakfast is delicious and you can enjoy Okinawan food little by little, and you can also have a plastic bottle of water with towel refills every day.
Also, last time, they left us a lunch box for the first activity in the morning.
And the public bath, the snorkeling-cold body, is really nice to be warmed up slowly and spaciously!
And it's a relief to have the front desk staff available 24 hours a day.
You can get souvenirs from Maxvalu by walking a little, and the convenience store right next door is a strong ally.
Tomorrow, the last night, I will go to Sanko next to the hotel for dinner.
If used well, not worrying about old, it is the best hotel for both cost and service (^-^)
Oh, a laundromat, 200 yen for washing, 100 yen for dryers, and 100 yen for powdered detergent in a small box from a vending machine.
You should take detergent and laundry nets from home.

Affordable hotel with breakfast
From Makishi Monorail Station, cross the road to Maxvalu and exit on Sugenji Street, which is immediately there. There is a small bathhouse on the top floor. There are several types of rooms, single and twin, but the lights are dark, probably because of the old days. Amenities include an electric kettle at a minimum, and loungewear can be rented. Breakfast is service level. The air conditioning is non-temperature adjustable and the sound is noisy. Perhaps the walls are thin, but the voice of the neighbor is blaring.

Budget recommended hotels
From Makishi Monorail Station, it is best to cross the Max Value Makishi store and turn left at the next intersection. The room was small and old. There was no cigarette smell. Since it was an eco-friendly consecutive night stay, there was no cleaning. Mineral water, towels, and yukata were replenished every day. However, the electric kettle is a rental system, so it is first come first served. The free breakfast is at a level that matches the price of the accommodation. There is a large public bath, and it is quite crowded because it is reasonably priced.
