Clean room and friendly staff. The hotell and the amenities are a bit outdated and the beds are very very hard. Good location near the train station.

Smile Hotel is a talent shortage

It was double booked by mistake and the woman told me when I checked in. Can't you be surprised and do something about it? I went into the office and thanked him for the payment for today and went to his room. Then they call and ask for a cancellation fee, eh? I even thanked you for not saying anything earlier. I asked to speak to my boss and he came to my room and a young man came. Explaining the situation, I made a point of saying I couldn't, and uh, I couldn't talk to him, so I gave him my business card and he said he was the manager. Oh. Is this part-time job for anyone with this look and hair mesh? A figure that seems to be. In addition, the use of words and the way of explanation completely ignored the customer. I can't because the last thing he said was in my position as manager!? Can a regular employee do that? Uh, is this hotel's front desk lady also this manager? I thought it was a disappointing company that didn't put much effort into education, so I cut it short. Lies are also a way to go, but the normal response is...
"We understand the feelings of our customers. If I could do it myself, I would do something about it, but the system doesn't allow it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you very much."
If this is the case, it is considered a heartfelt response and I will use it next time, but I will not use it again. I thought education was necessary because I understood what smiles meant.

Close to JR station and easy to go to other cities. Clean, but room is small and equipment seems out-date.

The room had a great view! Also the location of the hotel is very convenient, not too far away from the deer park. The thing that I didn’t like much is the mold in the bathroom.. But I stayed at this hotel just for two nights, so doesn’t matter.
