We stayed here for one night after arriving and one night before we went home to Canada. The first room was great. Really liked the spacious shower and high water pressure (all the shower heads in Japan offered very powerful water sprays!). Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Different room on our way back. Still clean, but was a little run down and not as nice as the room on our first stay. Staff were very kind and friendly, and they spoke English decently. I left my electric toothbrush in our room on our first stay, and they had it when I returned two week later. Downstairs lobby was very inviting with a great selection of amenities and a Family Mart. Breakfast was awesome! Can be very busy hotel - lots of tour groups of US high school kids seem to stay here. Close proximity to convenient stores, restaurants, a grocery store, and within a 15 minute walk to the train station. 10 minute Uber to the mall. Really appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

Late Showa-period charm

Located about 15 mins walk from the station, slightly tricky to find as a pedestrian.
It's obviously set up as a hotel for the airport, with a free shuttle coach taking passengers to and from it, which is outside the hotel entrance a lot of the time. There is no pedestrian walkway into the hotel - you have to walk on the driveway/road, sharing it with taxis and shuttle coach.
There is not much in the immediate area (no konbinis), but there is a very small FamilyMart inside the hotel lobby area. Some restaurants nearby and a small AEON mall 5 mins away.
This has retro 70s/80s feel to it, so think beige/brown and woodgrain. This extends to the modular bathrooms, which are woodgrain effect. Slight musty stale tobacco smell throughout.
Aircon unit in the room was fairly new, and worked well. No cosy light in the room, just the main big light (so I used the old the trick of opening the bathroom door and turning the light on there). No USB sockets in the room, though plenty of normal plug sockets.
So, this is ok, but it's really setup as a 1-night airport hotel, not as a base for exploring Narita.

Decent Airport Hotel

This is a decent hotel for a night if flying in or heading out of Narita Airport. We stayed in a quad room. It was big enough for a family of 4, and well equipped. The beds were ok. The breakfast was yummy and all you can eat. There is a small convenience store on site, which was nice. The staff was friendly and the shuttle bus was great. I give a 3 because the beds were ok and the hotel, while clean, overall is slightly run down. Also our room had a slight cigarette smell to it. Overall, we would stay again.

The staff are friendly and the breakfast had a lot of options. There was a convenience store inside which was nice. The rooms were small and the entire hotel is long overdue for an update. The walls are very thin and we heard people talking in the halls all night as they walked to their rooms. It’s more like an old Motel with a nice breakfast than a nice hotel.

The room was clean and all functioning. Breakfast and lunch are great with lots of options, and the airport shuttle was on time and proficient. The staff was friendly but not accommodating. Options were not provided, only a "no" or "yes" for service requests. For example, if I needed a way to secure my bag with a rope/tie, I was told 'no" service is provided. Rather than an option that "yes" but there is a charge.
