Staff are amazing

This is my second time staying at the four points shin Osaka . The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful it’s also so good to have a staff member from Taiwan who speaks very good English and can guide you directions easily. It is so close to shinosaka train station. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the amenities station at reception is a great idea. If you need somewhere to stay close to the main train station then make this hotel your destination.

Great budget hotel with easy access to subway and Shinkansen trains

I picked this hotel for its proximity to the Shin Osaka station plus its reasonable price. This is a great budget hotel, very clean and you cannot beat the location directly next to the train station and about a block away is entrance number 7 to the Midosuji M13 subway stop. There is an escalator here to take you up to the subway platform. This is one of the major subway arteries of Osaka. You can sometimes hear the trains from your hotel room but they sound in the distance and were not disturbing to me. I think the hotel was well insulated for sound. I booked a twin room as I was not sure how big the double beds were. The room we had was rated as being about 1800 sq ft which is about the size of a cruise ship room which is not big but functional. There was no closet in the room and the only negative thing was there was a huge step up to the bathroom. This could be a disadvantage to someone who has mobility issues. The bathroom was clean with a very small tub with a shower. The room was very clean. There was a really nice large screen tv in the room. There was a restaurant on the main floor. We did not get the breakfast package and we just purchased a coffee in the convenience store and some breakfast snacks. We did not try the restaurant in the building. There was a family mart very close to the hotel and a couple of blocks away there was a 7/11. The train station had lots of restaurants as well. The staff were very friendly at the hotel. The check in clerk spoke very good english. Between the price of the hotel and the proximity to transportation you could not beat the location of this place. I would definitely consider staying here again if I was in Osaka again.

Very close to the Shin-Osaka station. Small. Convenient. Easy to access metro lines. The only problem is train noises. You could feel yourself living in the Brad Pitt movie Seven.

The best part of this hotel is it's only 3 minute walk to Sin-Osaka train station, perfect for taking Shinkansen bullet train.
