Accommodation impressions

It was an easy-to-understand application guide and the room was more beautiful than I expected!!!
We also had a great selection of cooking equipment, and it was great to see Netflix, YouTube, etc.
Plus, the response was amazing!

Areas to improve:
1. The check-in procedure was not user friendly! We tried to type in English but the device turned back to Japan in seconds and after some seconds it switched back to the beginning home page. It took us like 15 minutes to go back and forth with filling in the required information in English! It’s really time-consuming and annoying when you check in late at night after a delayed flight.
2. The room is spacious but the bed seems small for two persons. A king bed is recommended to improve sleeping quality.
3. The amenities like napkins, coffee and tea bags were provided only for one night stay. There were no complimentary re-fills for the other nights of our stay.

We were very happy with our stay here. The spacious room and the full kitchen were definite highlights, making it much easier for us to settle in, especially with children.
While this accommodation lacks traditional hotel amenities (like a reception or staff on site), the generous size of the room more than made up for it. It feels more like a private, self-check-in experience.
The location was perfect for us; it’s situated away from the busy, noisy tourist crowds but is right next to the subway station, offering great access.
We highly recommend it, particularly for families or those who prefer a quieter, self-sufficient stay with ample space.

Wonderful stay

We loved this place. It’s marketed as a hotel but it was more a small apartment! Which is a nice change from the normally small Japanese hotel rooms. We had everything that we needed and there were a lot of amenities such as toothbrushes, shower gels etc. The self checking was easy and straight forward, close to loads of convenient stores and the metro.
